ITA is a systematic approach that works with aligning the energy systems of the body to achieve long lasting positive change, growth and self-development. By identifying the root cause of an imbalance and locating and balancing the areas where it is stored, ITA is able to achieve long lasting results. ITA is highly effective in transforming all aspects of emotional, mental, physical and spiritual health and works as a complement to all existing methods of health care. The ITA practitioner uses chi to run sequenced patterns of energy, including using acupressure points on the physical body (these can be applied energetically during a remote session) and using etheric movements beyond the physical body. This sends triggered messages to the subconscious mind (long term memory), resulting in the balance and alignment of the energy systems and allowing the subconscious to let go of outdated belief patterns.

Very happy to have some physical support for our young dog Beau along side his ITA energy medicine alignments - Beau has allergy symptoms and itchiness that we can’t pinpoint a cause for, and are not happy with the western medical solution of monthly steroid injections to suppress his symptoms. The toolkit of an ITA energy medicine practitioner ✨.

I’ve had some questions about how ITA energy medicine works remotely, let me explain further below -

When I work remotely on you I will be running a sequence of energetic movements through intent which will then send a message to your subconscious mind, it's a meditative state that I will be in which allows me to easily 'tune in' and connect with you. Within ITA there are many different treatments that we follow, each containing its own sequence of moving energy (chi) for the desired outcome.

ITA energy medicine is based on the understanding that our energy systems are interconnected with our physical systems, and how the mind interplays with both the energetic and the physical systems.

ITA addresses all areas of your energy and physical systems and aims to find and balance any blocks stored within any of the systems such as the meridians and chakras of your energy body, and the same with any blocks stored within your physical body such as organs, endocrines etc.

After a remote session I will contact you via email with my feedback from the session and any suggested home-care for you to do if you choose to. This may include targeted affirmations, mind work, acupressure point activations etc.

It doesn't matter what you are doing while I am working on you remotely, you could be sleeping, at work or simply relaxing at home and tuning in to receive the treatment. This is personal preference and it does not affect the outcome of the alignment.
