Happy Sunday Everyone!

It’s another beautiful, sunny but hot day here in Perth as we head into a Full Moon in Leo, tomorrow, February 2nd at 6:09am Perth time. If you are in the Southern Hemisphere like me, you will be enjoying a Barley/Grain/Sturgeon moon, while those of you in the Northern Hemisphere will be experiencing a Snow/ Hunger Moon. I’ve been in Cervantes this weekend for a much needed last ‘hurrah’ with dear friends before the kids head back to school next week! I’ll be charging my crystals this evening in the energy of this full moon… the moon is in opposition to most planetary aspects this month, but this allows for us to be challenged and prepared in order to manifest abundance for the year… if we work correctly with this energy!

This Full Moon has the capacity however, to make us feel irritable and impatient if we don’t ground, connect and calm ourselves, as external forces battle it out with ego for dominance and power… like a teenage lion eager to be superior! Tension can feel like it’s at an all time high if we aren’t taking care of our energy and the Truth is often lost or forgotten in the pursuit of right versus might….

It’s a sign of the times we live in at present, truth is manipulated, twisted and changed to suit a narrative or to achieve ratings through controversial clickbait…death, sickness, war, displacement and suffering are so easily dismissed nowadays as ‘fake news’. Dictators and despots are suddenly heroes, climate change is dismissed, downplayed even and yet here in Australia, year after year, the country is either burning or flooding to extremes never before witnessed! Perpetrators of extreme evil and terrorism are suddenly freedom fighters and history is being changed and deleted before our very eyes! We all have differing points of views about what is going on in the world, we can agree and disagree with respect for the choices and free will of others… but do we have to lose our humanity, our moral compass, our sense of empathy and compassion for the sufferings of others? Has the world forgotten the basic rule of energy, of manifestation?

Energy really is a simple concept. Like attracts like…this is important always for how we speak, feel and act. It’s especially important to understand with how we allow others to treat us! If we do more then we should, if we allow others to take advantage of our energy, our good nature, our willingness to help, to disrespect us in any way, then we are telling the universe that this is in fact, ok…and we can simply expect more of the same. Integrity means acting and standing by our truth, and also communicating effectively when someone has indeed compromised our integrity…this doesn’t always go down well, especially as healthy boundaries and truth bombs tend to bruise the egos of those we need to create healthy boundaries with…which can have a tendency to lead to conflict. Always be respectful, but understand that this simply won’t matter to some who are used to getting their own way, or who are unwilling to see or even acknowledge a differing point of view…don’t be drawn into an argument, this simply validates the cycle of disrespect after all…it can be difficult! Especially difficult during this full Moon period! Now is a time to ‘clean house’ prepare for the year ahead and to patiently consider just what we actually want to manifest!

Lapis Lazuli is truly the crystal to help us stand firm in our truth! Lapis Lazuli has, (since ancient times) been a crystal associated with truth, leadership and indeed personal sovereignty. It is a combination of lazurite, pyrite and calcite, offering a vibration of strength, wisdom and communication of truth, no matter how difficult this truth may be for some to hear...or indeed to speak, or even to act upon! It is a crystal of Justice and Balance… Integrity. As such, Lapis Lazuli makes no apologies for her direct approach. Her connection to that ancient library of wisdom, the Aliya consciousness, means that all communication, from Source into the physical realm, is about Balance. Balance can only be achieved through honest and true healing, which in turn allows us the strength to create healthy and strong boundaries... it is not easy to be a leader, Lapis will work with us when we are ready to achieve a broader understanding ...one that does not always sit well with the ego, ours and others. Lapis Lazuli is not about hierarchy, not about commanding others, not about your way or my way....it is about The hard Truth, balance... and the ability to create it. Truth has become a rare commodity…is it any wonder the world is so out of balance?

Lapis Lazuli is a crystal we only take note of when we are ready for that double edged sword…and the crystal I’m guided to speak about for our weekly guidance…When we notice her, Lapis asks us to step into a state of balance, to develop the ability to discern what honours our energy and what does not. Acknowledging our own energy means being responsible in the knowledge that what we put out needs to be what we truly want to receive back. Judging this balance can be difficult, we are here to learn after all. It is not war to communicate when our energy has been dishonoured, or when our work has been misappropriated, when our boundaries have been disrespected, or when we see others being dishonoured... it is strength and it is self worth. These are boundaries. As long as that communication is balanced, truthful and honest, it will help others who are yet to learn and understand the law of energy...it is only war when dishonesty is used to dominate the energy of a situation and impede upon the free will of others, their boundaries and their ability to achieve balance. This is Truth.

Bringing the energy of a grid a created especially for all who wish to receive it…in beautiful Cervantes about 6:30am this morning…of my rather amazing Lapis Lazuli Sphere representing Earth, with 3 beautiful pieces of Madagascan Rose Quartz (surrounding her in love) together with the purification and clarity of Natural Citrine, radiated and magnified with Clear Quartz points for reason, intellect and love that is sometimes needed to communicate Truth…a double edged sword that only cuts if we aren’t being honest with ourselves and others...otherwise that Truth is an opportunity to Heal...How the Truth purifies or wounds depends on the balance in which it is communicated, and indeed received!

Sweeping your entire body with Selenite, make the following affirmation...

‘I now release all energy, chords, attachments and soul contracts that no longer serve my highest good, and I return them back to Source with love, light and healing. In love, faith and gratitude, I welcome abundance, Amen. (Amen is not a religious word, it stems from the Hebrew ‘to have faith’, meaning what you’ve asked for is done!)’

If wanting to smudge your home or business to release energy from your space that does not serve your highest good, (and white sage, ethically sourced from First Nation People in California is ALWAYS best for this no matter what people say about it in order to ‘flog’ you what they’re trying to sell) ask that ‘all energy that does not serve your highest good be returned to Source with love, light and healing’...as you move around your home or workspace with your lit white sage smudge stick, making sure the smudge reaches all corners, nooks and crannies! ...don’t forget to make sure your windows are open first and you will want to burn some lavender or diffuse some lavender oil in order to welcome back in the good energy when you’ve finished!

Happy Sunday Everyone!

It’s a strange day here in Perth, very sunny one minute and raining the next! Im called to re share this post I did a while back in light of current events…As we head into a long weekend here in Australia, I can’t help but wish we could have a day that welcomes and celebrates us all as Australian, without the pain it causes to my indigenous friends, their families and their friends. Even so, many at the present time, are ‘feeling out of sorts’ and we can see worldwide how that is playing out with peoples’ ‘fuses’…a factor called the Schumann Resonance has been playing into this situation, along with solar storms and all around egotistical despots, desperately trying to cling on to power through violence and terror…

There has been a lot of absolute rubbish published regarding the Schumann Resonance over the last year or more on many spiritual pages. Firstly, the Schumann Resonance is the average electromagnetic frequency of the Earth, created by the relationship of lightening activity in relation to climate. It is widely regarded as the Earth’s ‘heartbeat’… and here in lies the clue to its relevance to us inhabiting Gaia at this moment in time…

An increase in the Schumann resonance does not mean a raise in the Earth’s vibration or ascension, as purported by some who are influenced by energy actively encouraging this phenomenon…It means that the Earth is seriously out of kilter, and anything above 32hz throws off the biorhythms of every living creature on earth… in humans it causes increased aggression, agitation and general low vibrational feelings and behaviours. With the Schumann Resonance now completely ‘off the charts’…Our Mother Earth is literally screaming right now for us all to play nice in the collective sand box!…. So just look what is happening around the world…still! To equate an increase in the Schumann resonance with Ascension is factually incorrect…. It’s actually the exact opposite!

Right now, people are stressing far more than they really should be…tempers and patience are short and conflicts over the most ridiculous of instances are more likely to occur…not just on the global stage as we are seeing…especially at this time when division and greater conflict are bringing out the worst humanity has to offer. Although everything happens for a reason, it can be hard I know to see the wood for the trees!…just process situations before reacting in a way that creates more issues for ourselves or creates a disturbance in our Peace! We can all afford to do better in this.

A great crystal, hardworking, multi functional and powerful in its energetic abilities while also being soft, calming and healing in its vibration is Selenite. Needed again for our weekly guidance! Selenite is purifying and calming, able to cut energetic chords while bringing in the peaceful light of Source and our guides…Selenite is healing, hastening the physical healing processes associated with many health issues including detoxification and the healing of bone structure… Selenite is protective, it’s ability to ward off lower vibrational energy while not absorbing that energy, transmuting it back to Source, makes this crystal an essential part of our spiritual and physical journeys to Oneness.

Cutting through the human construction of Ego is essential to Peace, on a personal level as well as on a Global scale. We can each do our part by calmly trying our best to see a true ‘bigger picture’… one that isn’t about individual superiority or righteousness, nor based on bigotry and propaganda…but indeed about collective abundance, peace love and Oneness. If it’s still just about ‘you’ then it’s still about Ego. Use selenite to ‘cut’ that carbuncle out…we aren’t here to be pawns in the game of light and dark any longer.

Change is always inevitable… peace must be practiced… not fought over or fought for!

Bringing the energy today for all who wish to receive it, of a grid I created previously, consisting of Selenite daggers… we can use what we know to share, heal, grow and to assist, or we can believe in our right to power over others… both are indeed a choice we have been given as humans. The dagger is double edged after all…One choice leads to peace, abundance and harmony, the other leads to continued suffering. Free Will indeed allows us to choose individually… the consequences of individual choices however reverberate collectively for us all as One.

May our choices and the choices of others be conducive to Peace….if you can, light a candle in the window for all those killed through war tonight and focus on the powers of light illuminating the world through a time of darkness.

Happy Sunday Everyone!

I’m officially back and it’s a beautiful day here in Perth as we look forward to a New Moon in Capricorn tomorrow morning, 19th January at 3:52am Perth time…

With this being the first new moon of the year, and with the year off to another less than stellar start world wide, the energy is definitely calling us to connect, clear and cleanse, as it’s important to always be our authentic selves…free from energetic and ‘conditioned’ debris that can affect the way we receive our guidance… and how we use that energy in order to interact within our spiritual and physical environments.

When our energy isn’t clean, our minds can become foggy and distracted by anything that may come our way, all designed to prevent us from following our Way. We can become more susceptible to lower vibrational energies that affect our feelings and emotions, which in turn can lead to miscommunication, resentments and conflict that do not need to occur at this particular point in time when that energy can be amplified…it’s a diversion tactic, but only if we are unprepared!

A crystal I love to use when doing a spiritual or energetic ‘detox’ if you will, is Smokey Elestial Quartz. Elestial Quartz itself draws in the light of Source and can help us to align our spiritual and physical selves as One. Elestials vibrate to the frequency of the purest light, allowing us to connect with the higher dimensions and our guides during meditation… when we use a Smokey Elestial, we also dissolve and release any fear we may have attached to change, to doing this work…and we are able to release any energetic debris we have inadvertently collected, that may be holding us back or preventing us from moving forward while on the path. Happy Saturday Everyone!

I’m still on my well earned break but it’s the first full moon of the year and I couldn’t let it pass without a shout out to you all! It’s a Full Moon in Cancer this evening peaking at 6:02pm Perth time…and although we have some positive astrological aspects this month, it is also a total Lunar Eclipse (what a way to start the year!!) … so I therefore do NOT recommend putting our crystals out for a charge up!

If you are in the Northern Hemisphere, you will be enjoying your Winter Moon, while those of us here in the Southern Hemisphere are having our Mead/Thunder Moon.

A Venus, Mars, Sun conjunction this month is dominant and is all about purification… a ‘burning off’ or ‘combustion’ if you will, of patterns and behavioural aspects that lead to less than favourable outcomes for us all…especially in our relationships with those we hold dear. Wounded egos and impulsive, reactionary behaviours serve us no purpose. Introspective, thoughtful and careful consideration will bode well in challenging circumstances… reflection and introspection… not deflection!

Sirius is the brightest star in the sky right now and its powerful, determined and faithful energy, offers us assistance to navigate the passionate tendencies of those so influenced this month…as long as we don’t succumb to those energies ourselves! Combustion should not be our intention…despite the lead up to a year of the Fire Horse!

My dearest soul family…our journey here is not all sunshine and roses, smooth sailing or endless love and light. It is a journey of healing, learning and growth… ultimately, our journey is one of truth, finding our light, our wisdom… and sharing, shining that light along our Way to illuminate the path for others who may be finding the path a little dark. We do not diminish our light by sharing it with others. In shining my light here, my journey, I hope I have helped in some small way, to make the journey a little easier for you all. Happy Sunday Everyone!

It is an amazingly beautiful and warm day here in Perth and this will be my last post for a couple of weeks as I take some well deserved time off to celebrate the holidays with my family and friends. As the sun is shines brightly and its warmth radiates joy and light, I always reflect on the past year, which has certainly been again intense, and yet seems to have passed again so very quickly!

With the Summer Solstice upon us this evening 21st of December at 11.02pm Perth time (the Winter Solstice for those of you in the Northern Hemisphere), it is important not to dwell on the ‘negatives’.. yes there have been many, tragically many, but if we truly want change, peace, joy and prosperity… we ourselves have to BE those very things.

This does not mean forgetting or ignoring times and instances of tribulation, rather, we should learn and take action to ensure to move on peacefully and assuredly… in ways that prevent these occurrences repeating as lessons we again need to learn.

This is a time for healing, for reflection, for gratitude, for growth and for unity. Lessons learned are just that… when we learn something from any situation and it’s always positive…it’s most certainly a time to celebrate and appreciate the light and love in our lives! For grounding the Spiritual into the Physical. Whether it’s a Solstice or an Equinox, my go to crystal at these times will always be Dolerite, better known as Preseli Bluestone.

Preseli Blue Stone is famous for making up the 19 inner circle standing stones at Stonehenge. It is a highly spiritual crystal that not only assists us to open our Soma chakras (essential for inner balance of yin/yang energy) ...but is also amazing for assisting us to ground and tap into that ancient earth energy, that electro magnetic pulsation of connectedness that is so very healing to our physical beings. As such, Preseli Bluestone is a crystal of profound vibration, helping us truly ground cosmic consciousness into our physical reality... without losing the plot!

I would like to thank each and every one of you for the love and support you have shown to me and for my work again over this past year, and I wish you all a very happy holiday season, however you choose to celebrate! This evening marks the end of Chanukkah, the festival of light for those of Hebrew tradition… the first candle lit over Chanukkah is the Shamash, from which all the other candles are lit. Like the Shamash, we aim to always light the path for others needing help in the dark to find their way.. after all, even the tiniest of lights has the power to banish the dark …and never diminishes itself by lighting the way or light for another! May the light WE shine continue to banish the darkness and its intent on shadowing this hope in this world…lighting the WAY always for peace, joy, abundance and HARMONY.

Happy Sunday Everyone!

It was a very intense week past week! Summer has hit with a bang here and temperatures have been extreme, as has often been the energy of those around us! Emotions are running high, people are rushing to get things done before the holidays and often, stress can get the better of us all!… we should be focusing on peace, joy and relaxing, indeed it is important to try to keep a balanced perspective this month.. and balanced emotions! People do like to challenge our peace now don’t they?

The reactions and behaviours of people who often consider themselves 'good and honest people' are often unfortunately tried and found wanting during these periods of intense physical and spiritual energetic influences...Fear and negativity does nothing but buy into the game of light and dark... with today being the the start of Chanukkah, the festival of light, so brings our weekly guidance...

Sometimes the situations we find ourselves in may hurt our feelings (ego is a difficult thing to rid ourselves from), cause anxiety and/or stress ...people aren't always who you thought they were, but they are always exactly as they behave. Don't judge too harshly, they may not yet realise that what we do to others, we do to ourselves. It's always up to us how we go about reacting to these situations in life. Everything will always return to perfect balance... sometimes it just takes a while!

Balance and indeed Justice is always a tricky subject, do we as spiritual people have the right to judge anyone? In general, no, however, if free will is at stake and being imposed upon, then as a wise person once said; "evil only prospers when good people do nothing"....

It isn't about going to war, but sometimes you do need to add your voice to a cause when something you believe in or someone you love needs you... even if it's difficult to do so, otherwise, we just become slaves to the 'bullies'...one freedom at a time! One day, it just may be you or those you love in need of a friendly, supportive voice.

When discussing the concept of finding our balance, I cannot help but discuss the Egyptian concept of Maat. Maat was the Egyptian symbol, goddess and concept we often attribute to Justice. In truth, Maat was the concept of Balance and Equilibrium. That your heart in the afterlife must not outweigh the feather of an ostrich, was not about being perfect, it was about Balance. People are not all good or all bad, that is a concept of low vibration. People are frequency, energy and light of varying degrees...and we are responsible for how we resonate...is our vibration high? Do we strive to be truthful, honest, kind and to live with integrity? Or do those things matter only when it suits us and not in times of crises? Often our true tests come at the most inconvenient of times...The choice and the balance is always ours... we need to choose more wisely! We are the light that overcomes the dark.

Turquoise and Jade were the crystals attributed and offered to Maat in Ancient Egypt so I will be discussing both today for our weekly crystal guidance. Turquoise is a crystal of ancient times, regarded for its properties of strength, courage, protection and clarity of speech...coupled with its vibrational purity, sensitivity, and ability to heal through the transmutation of lower vibrational energy. Turquoise is a crystal that promotes a balance of frequency. Jade, highly prized in China, was also present around the world as various 'green stones'. Jade is a healer of the heart and of physical health, and can help us to 'see the bigger picture', (and continues its relevance to us yet again for the rest of the year!), when ego and self may prevent us from doing so. Jade helps to bring peace in times of tribulation and is renowned itself for its calm and balanced vibration...the energy of which is much needed right now!

It is likely we will increasingly find ourselves in situations over the coming weeks where balance, judgement and justice are issues, indeed these issues present throughout our journies at varying times and intensities...just try to remember, choosing right over might is always how we achieve our equilibrium. It is how we raise our vibration. It isn't always easy, it takes courage to speak truth in the face of injustice, in the face of dishonesty, in the face of deception, of darkness…and in the face of those who perceive they have power. Right over might should not be a conflict... it is love, a wave that brings peace...and truth!

Over this coming period, The Festival of Light, we are reminded of the miracle of light … we do not diminish ourselves by helping others to find their own… when we have faith in Source, the light of all life, darkness becomes illuminated, truth becomes illuminated! This faith in action is how we manifest Joy and Abundance… choosing to see and believe in our own light, allows that light to manifest in abundance …the miracle of being a human:)

Happy Thursday Everyone!

An extra post for you all this week (actually an early one as I am flat out this weekend but I still wanted to give you all guidance through to the end of next week!) as I wanted to make sure I wrote about the upcoming Super Full Moon in Gemini this Friday, 5th of December at 7:14am Perth time. For most people though, this will be occurring Thursday evening. If you are in the Northern Hemisphere, you will be enjoying your Cold/Long Night Moon, while those of us in the Southern Hemisphere will be having our Strawberry/Honey/Rose Moon. It’s a great night tonight to put your crystals out to charge, if you should feel so inclined …

This Super Full Moon, the last for this year, is more peaceful… with Neptune trine Jupiter, there is an energy of optimism, philosophical tendencies, growth and harmony available, along with increased feelings of spirituality and connectedness…

Mercury trine Saturn and Jupiter trine Saturn, bodes well for careful consideration and follows last weeks energies of integrity, honesty, common sense and measured ambition in order to achieve genuine growth and success!

With this Super Full Moon in the constellation of Orion, it is important to be confident and self assured in our endeavours, but be cautious with tendencies towards arrogance and toxic behaviour, which will counter the effort and abundance on offer! This is an amazingly positive Full Moon to end the year on! How exciting!
