Happy Sunday Everyone!

It was a very intense week past week! Summer has hit with a bang here and temperatures have been extreme, as has often been the energy of those around us! Emotions are running high, people are rushing to get things done before the holidays and often, stress can get the better of us all!… we should be focusing on peace, joy and relaxing, indeed it is important to try to keep a balanced perspective this month.. and balanced emotions! People do like to challenge our peace now don’t they?

The reactions and behaviours of people who often consider themselves 'good and honest people' are often unfortunately tried and found wanting during these periods of intense physical and spiritual energetic influences...Fear and negativity does nothing but buy into the game of light and dark... with today being the the start of Chanukkah, the festival of light, so brings our weekly guidance...

Sometimes the situations we find ourselves in may hurt our feelings (ego is a difficult thing to rid ourselves from), cause anxiety and/or stress ...people aren't always who you thought they were, but they are always exactly as they behave. Don't judge too harshly, they may not yet realise that what we do to others, we do to ourselves. It's always up to us how we go about reacting to these situations in life. Everything will always return to perfect balance... sometimes it just takes a while!

Balance and indeed Justice is always a tricky subject, do we as spiritual people have the right to judge anyone? In general, no, however, if free will is at stake and being imposed upon, then as a wise person once said; "evil only prospers when good people do nothing"....

It isn't about going to war, but sometimes you do need to add your voice to a cause when something you believe in or someone you love needs you... even if it's difficult to do so, otherwise, we just become slaves to the 'bullies'...one freedom at a time! One day, it just may be you or those you love in need of a friendly, supportive voice.

When discussing the concept of finding our balance, I cannot help but discuss the Egyptian concept of Maat. Maat was the Egyptian symbol, goddess and concept we often attribute to Justice. In truth, Maat was the concept of Balance and Equilibrium. That your heart in the afterlife must not outweigh the feather of an ostrich, was not about being perfect, it was about Balance. People are not all good or all bad, that is a concept of low vibration. People are frequency, energy and light of varying degrees...and we are responsible for how we resonate...is our vibration high? Do we strive to be truthful, honest, kind and to live with integrity? Or do those things matter only when it suits us and not in times of crises? Often our true tests come at the most inconvenient of times...The choice and the balance is always ours... we need to choose more wisely! We are the light that overcomes the dark.

Turquoise and Jade were the crystals attributed and offered to Maat in Ancient Egypt so I will be discussing both today for our weekly crystal guidance. Turquoise is a crystal of ancient times, regarded for its properties of strength, courage, protection and clarity of speech...coupled with its vibrational purity, sensitivity, and ability to heal through the transmutation of lower vibrational energy. Turquoise is a crystal that promotes a balance of frequency. Jade, highly prized in China, was also present around the world as various 'green stones'. Jade is a healer of the heart and of physical health, and can help us to 'see the bigger picture', (and continues its relevance to us yet again for the rest of the year!), when ego and self may prevent us from doing so. Jade helps to bring peace in times of tribulation and is renowned itself for its calm and balanced vibration...the energy of which is much needed right now!

It is likely we will increasingly find ourselves in situations over the coming weeks where balance, judgement and justice are issues, indeed these issues present throughout our journies at varying times and intensities...just try to remember, choosing right over might is always how we achieve our equilibrium. It is how we raise our vibration. It isn't always easy, it takes courage to speak truth in the face of injustice, in the face of dishonesty, in the face of deception, of darkness…and in the face of those who perceive they have power. Right over might should not be a conflict... it is love, a wave that brings peace...and truth!

Over this coming period, The Festival of Light, we are reminded of the miracle of light … we do not diminish ourselves by helping others to find their own… when we have faith in Source, the light of all life, darkness becomes illuminated, truth becomes illuminated! This faith in action is how we manifest Joy and Abundance… choosing to see and believe in our own light, allows that light to manifest in abundance …the miracle of being a human:)

Happy Thursday Everyone!

An extra post for you all this week (actually an early one as I am flat out this weekend but I still wanted to give you all guidance through to the end of next week!) as I wanted to make sure I wrote about the upcoming Super Full Moon in Gemini this Friday, 5th of December at 7:14am Perth time. For most people though, this will be occurring Thursday evening. If you are in the Northern Hemisphere, you will be enjoying your Cold/Long Night Moon, while those of us in the Southern Hemisphere will be having our Strawberry/Honey/Rose Moon. It’s a great night tonight to put your crystals out to charge, if you should feel so inclined …

This Super Full Moon, the last for this year, is more peaceful… with Neptune trine Jupiter, there is an energy of optimism, philosophical tendencies, growth and harmony available, along with increased feelings of spirituality and connectedness…

Mercury trine Saturn and Jupiter trine Saturn, bodes well for careful consideration and follows last weeks energies of integrity, honesty, common sense and measured ambition in order to achieve genuine growth and success!

With this Super Full Moon in the constellation of Orion, it is important to be confident and self assured in our endeavours, but be cautious with tendencies towards arrogance and toxic behaviour, which will counter the effort and abundance on offer! This is an amazingly positive Full Moon to end the year on! How exciting!

With the energy of this Full Moon, the energy of our crystal grid (with beautiful nephrite jade) from Sunday, continues to be relevant and helpful over this weekend and into next week… please free to receive and use the energy of this grid as you need! As usual, a full moon is always a great opportunity for the cleansing and release of energy that no longer serves us, so here is my usual ‘how to’ on clearing your energy chords and smudging your home or business spaces...the preceding and proceeding 8 hrs either side of the full moon are a great time for doing this cleansing and release work with Selenite! If you have a Selenite rod and wish to release energy that no longer serves you,

Sweeping your entire body with Selenite, make the following affirmation...

‘I now release all energy, chords, attachments and soul contracts that no longer serve my highest good, and I return them back to Source with love, light and healing. In love, faith and gratitude, I welcome abundance, Amen. (Amen is not a religious word, it stems from the Hebrew ‘to have faith’, meaning what you’ve asked for is done!)’

If wanting to smudge your home or business to release energy from your space that does not serve your highest good, (and white sage, ethically sourced from First Nation People in California is ALWAYS best for this no matter what people say about it in order to ‘flog’ you what they’re trying to sell) ask that ‘all energy that does not serve your highest good be returned to Source with love, light and healing’...as you move around your home or workspace with your lit white sage smudge stick, making sure the smudge reaches all corners, nooks and crannies! ...don’t forget to make sure your windows are open first and you will want to burn some lavender or diffuse some lavender oil in order to welcome back in the good energy when you’ve finished!

Happy Sunday Everyone!

The weather will be extreme here in Perth over the coming days with the onset of Summer… and a scorcher!… on the cards for tomorrow! Indeed, we will be having an Extreme Full Moon on Friday 5th December at 7:14am Perth time, but I will write about that first you all later in the week…

Life can be extreme… in these current times of AI, fake news, fake hate, fake division and made up fake history… it can sometimes feel like we are living in an alternative reality where nothing is as it seems and nothing and no one person can be trusted… even crystals can be faked (I know you all know that but we are crystal people after all and fake ‘crystalling’ is most definitely almost unforgivable!)…We live surrounded by effluence disguised as influence…but there is still much truth and beauty in life and the world we live in… we need to remember this and connect to it!

Every week I endeavour to connect to Source, with the intention to bring all those who wish to receive my weekly guidance, information that is genuine, honest, heartfelt, relevant… and most of all, my own. Not generated or assisted in any way by AI. I have been doing this now for many years and I will continue to do so as time and the universe allows me to. I understand how difficult it is in this world of ours, to truly find integrity that has not been compromised in some way by falsity, whether it be motivated by greed, power, fame or the ‘likes’. Not easy I know, but a connection to something greater, to Source, cannot be achieved through artificial means or intention.

With that in mind, I will be using a crystal known as Nephrite Jade for our crystal guidance this week. Nephrite Jade can be found all around the world, and consists of calcium, magnesium and serpentine. Famously revered in China as a crystal of not only abundance, but health, longevity and preservation, its vibration is one of calm, healing and connection to the Earth. Renowned for working with the heart chakra, with a deep connection to the earth, Nephrite Jade helps to keep us grounded, connected… it helps to keep us REAL when all around we are influenced and expected to fit the mould! Self worth issues and feelings of lack lead the way in how we are affected by external energies and influences…healing ourselves, loving ourselves is key to mastering and maintaining our own sovereign energy!

As it’s name suggests, Nephrite Jade works well with our kidneys due to its calming vibration, helping to lower stress which as we know, leads to increased cortisol being produced in these organs! Healthy kidneys help release toxins in the body, (which also helps us maintain balance emotionally!)…thus Nephrite Jade has a purifying and filtering energy that allows us to work on healing our inner child. Deep inner child healing detoxes our energy, helping us to have better boundaries as we are no longer lacking what we needed in childhood… this in turn, can make us less susceptible to the effluence (I mean influence) of outside expectations or the need to conform. Sovereignty.

Happy Sunday Everyone!

I’m taking it a little easier this weekend as I prepare for the final push towards the end of the year and all the festivities (and work!) this entails! The weather is cooler today as we take pause from the energy of that last new moon, Scorpio can have a sting in its tail for sure!

In creating our crystal guidance this week, I’m mindful of the huge energy that has come from all directions this year to us all. Powerful solar flares and storms indeed create beautiful Auroras, but the energy of these can leave us feeling exceptionally drained and exhausted if we are not prepared… world events creating division, pain, anger and suffering, also have caused fallout and conflict around the world on both macro and micro levels…life in general and all the lessons it encompasses… and let’s not even mention just how many planets are in retrograde right now!

Choosing joy, choosing happiness can sometimes feel like an impossible task in the moment, but a little help in healing and shielding can go a long way in helping us to correct these energies and love the gift that is in every moment of life! It is for this reason, I will be using Amber for our weekly crystal guidance.

Amber, most formed from between approximately 40-120 million years ago, isn’t actually a crystal, instead an organic resin, filled with hydro-carbon material, made from trees. Humans have used Amber for over 12,000 years, utilised as amulets to ward off lower vibrational energies, as well as for it’s believed abilities to heal, sooth, rejuvenate and protect. Also referred to as Copal, most Amber is actually Baltic, as Copal refers to Amber specifically from the Protium Copal tree which grew throughout the middle Americas. Burning this Amber, has recently been scientifically proven to help reduce stress and anxiety. The properties of Amber have long been believed to sooth and provide relief from pain, indeed we still use it today as traditional relief for children who are teething! Chinese medicine utilises powdered Amber in treatments for many ailments…

From a spiritual perspective, Amber was formed lifetimes ago, in a world completely different to the one we live in today. It’s eternal nature and survival through time, offers us energetic protection in times of stress and challenge. It’s potent life force energy offers strength when the tasks at hand seem unending… Amber is strength, perseverance, protection and longevity itself… all wrapped up in beautiful orange, yellow goodness! (Although it can come in all shades of pale yellow through to red and green Ben blue!).

Although Amber is highly prized and sought after when it contains remnants of life frozen in time, (insects mostly), from a spiritual perspective, I personally suggest using Amber free from these type of inclusions. Firstly, the energy is clear (no wee beasties frozen in their moment of terror and death)…and secondly, your Amber will be cheaper!

Amber is thus, a hardworking, all rounder when it comes to healing, protection and motivational energy! What more can we ask for?

Happy Sunday Everyone!

It’s a later post for you all today as I have had an amazing weekend … nostalgia with the the dearest of old friends …and I am reminded that life is a series of doors... Some we choose to open, some we choose to close, and some we should just choose to walk right on by! With a New Moon in Scorpio this Thursday November 20th at 2:47 Perth time, traditionally a time rebirth and renewal (albeit with a bit of a sting in the lesson), there are lessons to be learned and indeed previous lessons to be remembered…transition is a constant…

Every door we open is an opportunity to learn something new and one we have all done so many times over over many many past lives. Today, I will be writing our weekly guidance in conjunction with the crystal Petrified Wood.

Transition, growth and change (transformation) are at the core of spirituality itself…the Hebrew character of Daleth for instance, represents transition, a change of state, much like how we grow mentally and spiritually on our life path with the lessons we encounter. Each lifetime is a doorway, in Hebrew the letter Daleth represents a door and is the fourth letter of the Hebrew alphabet...resonating with the number four. The number four in many Asian languages is symbolic for 'death'... Also a transition of a state of being, but more like a new beginning!...albeit however similar to the Hebrew concept of Daath (abyss and the gnosis of knowledge and understanding)...death and rebirth are the energetic doorways through which we learn throughout our existences.

All of our senses and emotions in that regards are therefore doorways through which we are offered the opportunity to come to understand the knowledge we are given... The knowledge we need in order to come to know ourselves. Understanding our reaction to people and situations (all lessons of course!) helps us to understand our own selves more intimately, and thus make decisions that are more conducive finding our Way...that yellow brick path that leads us to our true Joy.

Petrified Wood is literally wood that has become mineralised over time with crystal. It is millions of years old and has, by It's very nature, transformed from an organic organism into a crystalline one... A lesson for us all! Petrified Wood is great for seeing the lessons of our past lives, it’s rings representing the years and journeys as we count backwards through time...but resonates the energy of patience and stability... Great for grounding when working with spirit! Petrified Wood has a calm and sage like quality to its energy... Something we can all draw from while trying to navigate the path we came here to walk.

For me, Petrified Wood truly represents the trees of Life and Knowledge. Petrified Wood can assist us to grow, to learn and to embrace the lessons we came here to learn with patience, calmness and the serenity of understanding that all will unfold as it should... in divine right timing. Allowing ourselves to understand and develop our senses, helps us to understand why we react in the ways we do when faced with those sometimes trying 'lessons'. Knowing how we feel, knowing those facts, Knowing that 'individual' ...is not the same as Understanding those same things. Knowledge with Understanding is true wisdom if only we allow those doors to swing open! Don't be afraid to step on through!

Sometimes wisdom is also understanding when it is time to shut and bolt that door again when the lesson is over! After all, a door can often swing in two directions can it not? Don’t be afraid to open doors however, all emotions and experiences are valid and necessary on our journeys…. We are allowed to close doors too.

Bringing the beautiful energy for all who wish to receive it, of a magnificent piece of Petrified Wood that chose me as guardian of its crystalline energy many years ago now. It is together in a grid, created previously, with tumbled Petrified Wood and Clear Quartz...bringing us its calming, grounding and sage like energy today. Wisdom is gathered over many lifetimes and timelines...Wishing us all the wisdom of knowing when to open and also when to close those doors for our collective highest good:)

Happy Sunday Everyone!

I hope you’ve all had a good week, I know for some it’s been trying on the back of that last full moon! Indeed it has been a long week and I realise I could use an extra day! When we find ourselves experiencing stress, feeling unwell, or any kind of undue duress, often we can become vulnerable to what is known as ‘psychic attack’. When walking a spiritual path, we can be susceptible to this at any point where we loose our sense of balance, but it is experienced most profoundly during the phase known as the ‘dark night of the soul’.

The dark night of the soul is generally experienced in the early stages of a spiritual awakening, but can be experienced multiple times along the spiritual journey as we process and filter out lessons, along with energy that may or may not be for our highest good! How long it lasts is different for everyone, however processing the lessons of what we are dealing with will help to move the process along in reasonable time. This process of ‘filtering’ is in fact and ongoing skill we all must practice….the release of the ‘no longer necessary’ is essential so that we can begin to truly birth a new way of ‘Being’ for ourselves… but how to do that if the lower vibrational realms continue to try to thwart the best of efforts by sowing seeds of doubt, confusion and anxiety?

Psychic attack is a very real phenomenon for many people, and although continued attack can lead to mental health issues, you must always look for the logical answer to symptoms you may be having first. Psychic attack can present for some people with symptoms such as recurring stressful dreams (trying to save or having to be saved, getting in and out of vehicles or houses during a catastrophic event for a couple of examples), feeling cold all of a sudden, persistent itching or ringing in the ears that is not due to tinnitus or the need to clean the ears, recurrent headaches (especially across the front of the head), feelings of total exhaustion, feelings of unexplainable anxiety, intrusive thoughts, sleep paralysis and the presence and visibility of shadow entities, especially at night. Psychic attack is more likely to occur when we aren’t feeling happy or are experiencing prolonged periods of stress.

Using selenite to clear your energy chords every night, smudging your home with white sage regularly, wearing citrine to transmute lower vibrational energy, using Himalayan rock salt lamps in your space and diffusing a good quality frankincense oil will always be of great help if anyone finds themselves experiencing these symptoms and feel it is due to a metaphysical, rather than a physical explanation, (yes, I am aware that many of these are touted as ‘ascension symptoms’…that simply is not true!) …however, a great crystal to wear and use when we feel the need to really sort this energy out is Sugilite.

Sugilite, with its beautiful purple hue, discovered in 1944, is a rare and beautiful crystal that contains manganese. It’s a great crystal for assisting us to feel a sense of peace, calm and well-being while dealing with situations and hat may be of a stressful nature. It’s renowned for helping with the pain associated from headaches, but that is because it provides excellent assistance when ridding ourselves of any potential energetic parasites! These ‘energetic parasites’ come from the 4th dimension, but all energy is still Source. It’s about discovering our light and abilities through this darkness after all!…They are weak, hence the need to exchange energy with us, however they can seem powerful when they’ve replenished themselves with what they’ve tricked us into giving them! As beings of light, simply pushing our energy fields out by feelings of joy, or asking ourselves what the lesson may be for us in a situation that just doesn’t make us feel good, are great ways to put actual distance between ourselves and these entities…but Sugilite is always the go to crystals of assistance for warding off psychic attack! We are sovereign beings of Source, already ascended…it’s simply our task to realise the gold we already are!

Happy Sunday Everyone!

It’s hugely busy for my family this weekend! Housewarmings, Dance School rehearsals and Dance Concerts… but I was determined to create and share a grid for you all today for our weekly crystal guidance, although it being a little later in the day than usual! We have a Super Full Moon in Ta**us this Wednesday, November 5th at 9:19pm Perth time. If you are in the Northern Hemisphere, you will be enjoying your Frost/Beaver Moon, while those of us in the Southern Hemisphere will be enjoying our Flower/Hare Moon… the planetary aspects of this full moon are relatively quiet and I would recommend putting out your crystals to charge, if you should feel so inclined…

It’s certainly a ‘wild’ time of year right now and the energies we’ve experienced until now have indeed been intense… that isn’t about to change anytime soon but certainly, this Super Full Moon in Ta**us is offering us the energy of grounding, stability, security, clarity and personal growth. Many of us will view this as a great time for doing shadow work and a full moon is a great time for reflection and release after all.

With that in mind, I have a rare treat for you all today, as I use the extremely rare crystal of Painite for our weekly crystal guidance. Discovered in the late 1950’s by British Gemologist Arthur C.D. Pain in Myanmar, it was years later discovered to be a new mineral species and thus named in his honour. Not just a rarity in its availability, (until the 2000’s only three specimens existed!), Painite’s compositional rarity is also astounding…comprising of calcium, zirconium, aluminium and boron, a combination not usually found together…yet forged by intense tectonic and geologically active conditions that allow these minerals to crystallise together… creating also an enduring strength with a Moh’s rating of 8! This amazing crystal, when faceted, exhibits rare birefringence … a double refraction of light…

As expected, Painite is a crystal of profound strength, resilience, transformation and integration… minerals not found together normally, harmonise in unity, despite their diversity, through surviving extreme conditions. This energy, when truly utilised, creates something rare and special … us! We often go through extreme experiences, especially when walking a path of spirituality, testing the very essences of who we are. Integrating these experiences, the energies of these lessons, helps us forge better, more resilient, shining versions of who we truly are! The world needs this brilliance, this strength this wisdom, this love.

Bringing the energy today for all who wish to receive it, of some beautiful Painite I have been blessed to have recently become the caretaker of, together in a grid of clear quartz mini tumbles, clear quartz points and a stunning Lemurian Master Temple Heart Dow Master.
