Happy Wednesday Everyone!

As promised, an extra bit of guidance for you all this week with a Full Moon in Libra, peaking at 10:11am tomorrow, April 2nd Perth time, It’s a mixed bag of energy this evening, but if you focus on harmony, joy and balance… then by all means put your crystals out to charge if you are so inclined…

If you are in the Northern Hemisphere, you will be experiencing a Pink Moon, while in the Southern Hemisphere we will be having our Hunter’s Moon as we enjoy some sunny autumn weather here in Perth.

While a Full Moon in Libra is usually about balance… and Mercury trine Jupiter does actually offer us a modicum of an opportunity for peace, harmony and goodwill … this month’s aspects will bring challenges if we don’t carry ourselves with humility, integrity and compassion. This Full Moon is square Jupiter, the effects of which can make some of us headstrong, careless, impulsive and arrogant. It’s not a time to overestimate ourselves, our abilities or our finances! Moon quincunx Mercury focuses on communication so we need to be thoughtful, honest and open with ourselves and those we love.

This Full Moon aligns with the constellation of Corvus, the Crow, and four of its fixed stars. The energy of Corvus, together with the planetary aspects mentioned above, has capacity to bring malevolent energy down upon the world (as if there wasn’t enough already!) …so it’s important we do our part to not let ourselves be affected or drawn into further conflict that neither aligns, nor resonates with our desired energetic state of being! Let that energy Pass Over, and enjoy whatever holidays this weekend offers us all and focus on the Joy!

This weekend will see many celebrate around the world…Happy Passover, A Joyous Eostre / Ostara begins at the spring equinox but often celebrated at Easter, Happy Easter, Joyous birthday of Quan Shi Yin (bodhisattva of compassion), Happy Hanuman Jayanti and Happy Sangha Day! My point? ….No matter what, always find your Joy!

As usual, a full moon is always a great opportunity for the cleansing and release of energy that no longer serves us, so here is my usual ‘how to’ on clearing your energy chords and smudging your home or business spaces...the preceding and proceeding 8 hrs either side of the full moon are a great time for doing this cleansing and release work with Selenite! If you have a Selenite rod and wish to release energy that no longer serves you,

Sweeping your entire body with Selenite, make the following affirmation...

‘I now release all energy, chords, attachments and soul contracts that no longer serve my highest good, and I return them back to Source with love, light and healing. In love, faith and gratitude, I welcome abundance, Amen. (Amen is not a religious word, it stems from the Hebrew ‘to have faith’, meaning what you’ve asked for is done!)’

If wanting to smudge your home or business to release energy from your space that does not serve your highest good, (and white sage, ethically sourced from First Nation People in California is ALWAYS best for this no matter what people say about it in order to ‘flog’ you what they’re trying to sell) ask that ‘all energy that does not serve your highest good be returned to Source with love, light and healing’...as you move around your home or workspace with your lit white sage smudge stick, making sure the smudge reaches all corners, nooks and crannies! ...don’t forget to make sure your windows are open first and you will want to burn some lavender or diffuse some lavender oil in order to welcome back in the good energy when you’ve finished!

Happy Sunday Everyone!

We’ve had crazy weather over the past few days here in Perth as Cyclone Narelle, (that’s a hurricane for my northern hemisphere followers), hit our North West regions with massive force..all our love and directed strength to those wishing to receive it in the community of Exmouth, as they recover and rebuild after receiving the brunt of the storm’s force. What a difference a week can make, a day even as the sun is now shining like the past 48hrs never happened…

We have a full moon in Libra next week but I will write more about that for you all a little closer to the event. Right now, in these trying times world wide, those of us intentionally walking a spiritual path, are called upon to to use our intention and energies, in order to ground and harmonise the chaos reigning globally throughout our current timeline. This sounds like a mission and a half does it not? … but it simply involves us processing and grounding the chaos we may find in our own lives, while connecting to the energy that brings us life and yes death, our Mother Earth.

We, as individuals, cannot change the trajectory of those who crave power through chaos, but we can collectively, use our intentions to bring about an energetic wave of peace and healing that starts in our own hearts… we are NOT without ability or remedy, but actioning our faith towards that remedy is required of us as energy workers. We cannot direct energy towards others without their consent, this violates all sorts of karmic laws and balance, however, our intentions can most certainly be directed towards peace in our own lives, a healing energy that creates ripples throughout our etheric troposphere, that has a ‘flow’ on effect … in order to create that flow however, that ripple, we must make an impact…. No need to ‘cast stones’ for this as even the gentlest of pebbles, our thoughts, placed carefully and intentionally, are enough to start the wave without the harm that comes from a good throw!

A very special crystal (actually, it’s technically a concretion) is Menalite…which we will discuss for our weekly crystal guidance. Menalite, is comprised of calcium carbonate micro crystals and clay, (not to be confused with Menilite which is more silica based in content). Both are often referred to as Fairy Stones or Goddess Stones, as they can be found in unusual shapes that resemble depictions of the ancient goddess, or in circle or cross formations. Menalite forms under pressure, when water rich with mineral content, precipitates around a nucleus in soft clay, such as that found along ancient river beds, then being compacted by the the glacial pressures of ice ages at different times and locations across the world. The result is stunning…

Traditionally, both Native Americans and Celtic cultures have used Menalite stones as protective talismans, thought to negate lower vibrational energies and ward off potential harm for those who use them. Menalite was also used as a fertility stone, due to specimens resembling the goddess …and was though to imbue those aspects of creation, nurturing and abundance that she herself expresses. Menalite therefore embodies the energy of compassion, connection, abundance, protection and creation… perfect when assisting us to manifest a protective, peaceful and healing space within which to direct our energetic intentions.

Menalite, formed in water (emotion) and under earthly pressure, forms a stone from crystal and clay (not unlike our human selves)… under pressure, we too are transformed and yet we have the freewill to direct that transformation, either through love and healing, or through division and hate…to allow our hearts to become either a diamond or a stone. Both are hard, only one can hold the light…It is always our choice.

Bringing the beautiful energy of Menalite today, for all who wish to receive it, with three amazing specimens that literally called out to me recently. Set in a grid together with Preseli Blue Stone, (grounding and connection), Petrified Wood (crystalline transformation) and Natural Citrine points (for protection, creation and magnification of energy), a creational intention to bring healing, connection and peace through an understanding of our connection to our Mother Earth as well as our spiritual origins. Love is the intention that creates a gentle ripple that finds its way into the diamond heart… Hate becomes a stone in the heart that is cast, creating a wave that engulfs us all. Happy Sunday Everyone!

What a amazingly beautiful weekend we are having here in Perth, you’d never know it was Autumn! You have to love the many beautiful Sunny days here in Perth, although it has been extremely overcast, humid and foggy preceding this amazing weather! Being able to go out and about and connect with others is something most of us take for granted and those connections should be treasured for the gift that they are. Connection, and thus the crystal Apophyllite is the theme this week for our crystal guidance.

I have noticed over the last few years, a greater number of people disillusioned with the reality of mundane everyday life, and wanting to connect with something greater…believing that we all a part of, and connected to something greater. Of course, we truly are all Source, but the situation over the last few years now has served to physically distance us all from one another (now changing of course), leaving many people feeling less connected, alone and turning to the internet for that feeling of connection that we as social creatures, need and sometimes rely on. This does of course have its benefits, (the irony of me connecting with you all via this page is not lost on me but I love to share!) …but connecting online can also lead to unhealthy behaviours, based on false and misleading information that doesn’t seem to be for our highest good. Connection is imperative, but we must learn to discern what we are connecting with!

Connection should always be about adding to our lives in a way that brings more meaning to our existence.. connection facilitates growth and is truly about grounding the spiritual into the physical. It’s about not being so ‘heavenly minded’ that we’re of no earthly good. We came here to Live, there are no mistakes here….it’s about grounding and anchoring the wisdom we learn down here!

Finding that connection between our physical selves and our spiritual body of light isn’t that difficult, you see, we are ourselves conduits for the light of Source and we really do have the ability to bring our ‘heaven’ down to Earth... For those of you working with spirit...The light of Source is what illuminates us all, but bringing that light down here is not to be confused with the channelling of spirit entities ..which is never for your highest good! (I always say if the light they held was so perfect, they would not have need for rent of us…I know that is a difficult concept for people who love to channel but communicating with entities and allowing them to violate you by entering you are two separate things altogether!)

Apophyllite is a crystal that has an amazingly high vibration and I love it's clarity and sparkle! It can form in clusters but I also love the diamond pyramid formation prisms that offer quite a ride when used while connecting to Source! Apophyllite allows you to connect to those higher realms and helps to connect the physical side of you with your spiritual self. It allows you to really get down to business, to discover your spiritual truth. A sense of peace, calm and tranquility, as well as an honest connection with your true guides is easier when using this amazing crystal. Who doesn’t need that on the back of the intense energy of late?

The energy of Apophyllite this week is highlighting the need we all feel for connection, when we feel disconnected we often look for that connection elsewhere... This is not always for our highest goods... neither physically or spiritually. When we connect to ourselves and when we connect to Source, we feel whole, and connected to All…Bliss!!! Whole is healthy and we find that this kind of mindfulness allows us to add to our lives in such a more positive way.

Feeling so grateful today for the connections I have with family and friends on such a beautiful day! Bringing the energy today for all who wish to receive it, of some very special pieces of Apophyllite together in a connected circle inspired grid with selenite towers and clear quartz, created previously. Happy SundayEveryone!

We are having a beautiful day here in Perth today and we have a rather intense but amazing New Moon in Pisces this week, Thursday morning at 9:23am Perth time…and this level of energy can sometimes feel quite exhausting when we forget (or neglect) to nurture and replenish ourselves…a theme of restriction and extremes (emotional, physical and spiritual) can be expected this month…indeed this year has going extremely fast with many people of late expressing a sense of exhaustion and general feeling of drained life force energy. I personally have found myself pulled in several directions and prioritising time for myself and my loved ones continues to be paramount for the rest of the year!

With the Autumnal Equinox (I’m in the Southern Hemisphere so it’s an Vernal Equinox for those of you in the Northern Hemisphere) due to occur this Friday 20th of March at 10:46pm Perth time, I feel that today would be the perfect time to once again use the crystal Dolerite, or more famously known as Preseli Bluestone, for our weekly guidance.

The Equinoxes are all about where the Sun, or light is positioned at this time of the year. Just as the sun provides heat and the necessary conditions that produce life here on Earth, we are asked to tune into the Universal Life Force from which we are able to draw upon in order to sustain our spiritual or light body selves... Source. The Equinox is a time to reflect, to draw upon and to understand that powerful cleansing and restorative energy that is available to us at all times, an energy that brings us life, strength, health, vitality and the ability to bring forth positive transformation and success into our lives (and who doesn’t want some of that right?)

As much as we need to connect to Source, we also need to ground ourselves. Dolerite, or Preseli Blue Stone, is famous for making up the 19 inner circle standing stones at Stonehenge. It is a highly spiritual crystal that not only assists us to open our Soma chakras (essential for inner balance of yin/yang energy) ...but is also amazing for assisting us to ground and tap into that ancient earth energy, that electro magnetic pulsation of connectedness that is so very healing to our physical beings. As such, Preseli Bluestone is a crystal of profound vibration, helping us truly ground cosmic consciousness into our physical reality... without losing the plot!

Time is circular, not linear. Energy is eternal and we can, and indeed should, draw upon and tap into that energy as needed in order heal, replenish and care for ourselves, as well as the people and environments we may find ourselves in. The light of Source, and the electromagnetic frequency of Gaia, are of equal importance when trying to find the balance that leads to true healing, wisdom and enlightenment...balance and without the EGO! This week Preseli Bluestone will assist us to remember that there is absolutely no point to being 'heavenly minded' if we are of 'no earthly good'! We are being asked to understand that we are Whole, nothing can be given or taken without our consent. We must find Balance. Protecting our peace is of great importance over the coming days!

It's about LIFE and LIVING...The light of Source and the harmonising frequency of Earth are needed in equal balance when one truly wants to learn how to sing the song of ONE...perfect before an Equinox where the Sun crosses the equator and day and night, light and dark, are are roughly of equal length...

Bringing the energy for all who wish to receive it, of a powerful grid I created previously for us all, consisting of Preseli Bluestone, Apophyllite, Optical Calcite and Clear Quartz. Light, Source, Connection, Grounding, Truth, Wisdom, Wholeness and Balance. I’m guided to remind us all that procrastination is not a sign of laziness or a weakness of the mind… it’s often a sign that that one is tired to their core and in need of change…and a change is as good as a holiday they say!

Happy Sunday Everyone!

It’s an overcast but cooler autumn day here in Perth today …as we awake once again, having to endure the constant and unrelenting political bombardment of propaganda, misinformation and outright attempted brainwashing that is the current state of 2026! The rain early this morning, certainly felt cleansing and rejuvenating as it washed away the energy of negativity and divisiveness caused by such events!

I have seen Coercion however, not just in the political realm, but even in our sacred spiritual communities, in social media, attempting to impede on our sovereign energetic right to Freewill…So too have I witnessed ‘members’ of the spiritual community, preying on the vulnerability and insecurity of those feeling fearful and violated at these trying times, attempting to sway us to hate, to support extremism …and quite frankly it’s enough!

Firstly, FREEWILL is the right of all human light beings. The right to educate ourselves, or not, is still a matter of freewill, even if it what we want differs to what we think others may want. Imposing our will on others is no better than the mainstream institutional thinking we, as the spiritually enlightened, are supposed to be well beyond! This is not a debate on right or wrong, we are well beyond this here and NO discussion on this will be entered into as my personal belief is in our sovereign right to CHOOSE what is best for ourselves. I am well aware however, that this right has been taken away for some, who have had to make tough decisions, based on the well-being of their families and their futures as a whole. I honour and love you all. I am also aware that fear and doubt after making these decisions, leaves many vulnerable to misinformation and deception on a spiritual level…and that unfortunately, there are some out there in the spiritual community attempting to take advantage of this energy.

As sovereign beings, I offer you this simple affirmation to do in conjunction with your guides, to remove any energy you feel may have impeded on your sovereignty in any way, or your ability to discern what is or is not , YOUR Way…

‘I call upon my guides, those who come from a place of love and for my highest good, to please assist to remove energies from me, that to not align with my highest good and well-being. I return this energy back to Source with love, light and healing’ … You can do this while using a selenite rod or athame (dagger) as you sweep it across your entire body.

This will ensure your energetic well-being, I offer it to you free of charge and with nothing but love with the intention only for your peace of mind. As an energetic healer with many years of experience, I hope this puts your energies and minds at ease.

Predatory energies are unfortunately a reality in the physical, and spiritual realms of our existence. A great crystal for assisting us to recognise and see through these deceptive energies is Kambaba Jasper. Jasper in all its incarnations, is a supportive and nurturing stone that helps ground, centre and calm our energies, offering us the gifts of clarity and focus when trying to see the sometimes overwhelming bigger picture of what we are experiencing. Compassion is always the ultimate key!

Kambaba Jasper has integrity and lacks the mischievous and often deceptive nature that often can be seen when working with the so-called ‘noble’ Malachite…

Happy Monday Everyone!

As promised, due to the long weekend and with timings today being important, my weekly crystal guidance is a day later today. We have a Full Moon in Virgo, peaking at 7:37pm tomorrow March 3rd Perth time, but with this being a total lunar eclipse, or blood moon, I do not recommend putting our crystal out to charge.

If you are in the Northern Hemisphere, you will be experiencing a Worm or Crow Moon, while in the Southern Hemisphere we will be having our Grain or Harvest Moon as we enjoy some warm but beautiful autumn weather here in Perth.

With a Full Moon in Virgo and being sextile with Jupiter, we are offered clarity, optimism, prosperity and idealism. Relationships have an opportunity to be more harmonious, loving and peaceful, however, Jupiter is actually retrograde, so be aware of any lower vibrational tendencies towards selfishness, indecision, poor lack of judgment or I’ll thought out action. This Full Moon offers us strength and success in our endeavours, as long as we choose right over might!

This week is truly one for focusing on strength and passion …harnessing it in a way that brings abundance and love, not misery and despair! For those that are creative, this week is a great time to put that excess energy into creating a masterpiece! A great crystal for focusing our passion, while clearing any toxic blockages, however we may choose direct it …is Realgar.

Happy Sunday Everyone!

It’s been an intense and busy few weeks for my family so time together this weekend is very much my priority! With this month being my 31st wedding anniversary, Lunar New Year and my daughter’s final year of high school, we endeavour to celebrate the joy of the blessings we have shared, after all, even tears are the price we pay for love!

Making and indeed spending time with the people we love, who bring joy, growth and light into our lives, is one of the greatest gifts we can share with each other. Often the trials, tribulations and everyday dramas that can sometimes rob us of that precious time, become more important than they should be, leaving us feeling drained and unable to properly devote that time to ourselves and to our loved ones… it’s never a bad time to rectify that!

Sometimes when we are on a spiritual path, that constant adage of 'letting go of what doesn't serve you're highest good' can seem difficult (if not down right depressing if we are being totally honest here!) at times. Being in touch with our own internal guidance and communication with not only our guides, but also our trusted loved ones, is so imperative during these periods of growth and change…so that we in turn can share and communicate with our own truth, love and sovereign integrity.

Septarian is an amazing and much under-utilised crystal that aids in all forms of cooperation and communication. Septarian gets its name from the Latin word 'septum' meaning 'partition'...referring to the obvious concretions that contain a combination of aragonite, yellow calcite, chalcedony and barite... formed over 50 million years ago from the sedimentation of ancient sea beds. Septarian with its concretions, offers us protection and grounding and consolidation of the spiritual and physical bodies in times of confusion, uncertainty, stress or high emotion. This sense of grounding and peace, allows us to receive and understand the communication and guidance being offered, from all sources, that is ultimately for the personal healing and growth of ourselves and for those around us. We are all teachers and we are all students...Septarian assists us receive, and to give strong, truthful, enlightening and ultimately healing communication in all forms that are for our highest good, and for the highest good of others. Septarian helps us all to find peace, harmony and to just get along…Wisdom!

This week, Septarian is asking us to interact and communicate with truth, love and always with integrity. The truth isn’t always well received I’ll admit! By grounding ourselves and connecting to Source, we are receiving guidance from the spiritual into the physical in order to walk our paths. (The true unification of the physical and divine, the true meaning of the third rebuilding of the temple and the real meaning of being saved or ‘Christed’). Sometimes those paths are corrugated, these bumps in the road are here to teach us something! There is no growth in comfort ever after all! What have we learned? It is always important when connecting with others and other realms, that we indeed qualify who and what we are communicating with. The giving and receiving of truth is Wisdom... Wisdom, light, is always for sharing…and it’s a lovely day here in Perth to be out and about sharing the love and light with those we care about!

Bringing the beautiful energy today for all who wish to receive it, of my large Septarian sphere in a grid created previously, surrounded with smaller Septarians, the energy enhanced and radiated out with natural Clear Quartz points. Like Septarian, humans are made of different concretions, all individual in their varying natures… unlike Septarian, we are yet to understand the harmony of becoming One in our differences and singing with the wisdom of one voice…the human one! Find your voice and your truth everyone, your wisdom is needed and we all deserve that light and joy!...just make sure that what we say is always our own voice and free from wounding, division and ego!
