Happy Sunday Everyone!

It’s a lovely spring day here in Perth as my family and I take pause together before the craziness that is ahead leading up to the end of the year! Events this past week have most definitely re-affirmed to me the importance of the bonds and love we share with those along this journey together of life…Love is strength and it’s always the best way to heal any sort of loss or trauma we experience in this life. It’s important to know ourselves, to acknowledge and accept what we need to heal, then get to work on doing it! Love is Truth however, it’s not all sunshine, roses and sugar coated words or intentions …

Healing takes time, but as long as we acknowledge that healing is needed, as well as what our triggers might be, we can take all the time we need to regain our strength, while we minimise the situations we allow ourselves to be in that might divert us from that part of our journey. This in itself is the wisdom of growth. We are none of us perfect and the journey is ongoing…our scars however, physically, emotionally and spiritually…are a testament to our ability to live with change, with loss, with pain, and yet to still have the ability to rise from the ashes stronger, wiser, indeed Healed… time and time again.

Healing, doing the work, regenerating ourselves, after the traumas we inevitably experience in life is easier said than done…a great crystal to assist us specifically with this type of healing is Vivianite. An extremely rare crystal, Vivianite can be found growing on fossilised animal bone remnants and fossilised shell, usually clams or mollusks. It’s extremely physically delicate (much like humans) but is powerfully strong in its ability to help bring life and hope where sometimes only desolation exists. A true crystal of regeneration, of new beginnings…

Vivianite is paramagnetic, forming its own internal magnetic field, but only when an outside magnetic force is applied. As such, when we use Vivianite for the purpose of peace, healing, forgiveness and release after trauma, we will attract that energy and assistance manifestly. Interestingly, like our own souls, Vivianite is pure, colourless and transparent in its original form, but oxidises and darkens the more it is exposed to the outside world. The harsh light of our 3D world can even result in some disintegration of the crystal with prolonged exposure, but leads to beautiful pleochroism, meaning Viviante can show brilliant colours and hues that change in intensity and colour saturations when viewed in light from different angles and perspectives … perspective is everything and it serves us well, no matter what, that nothing bad ever happens unless there is a higher good to come of it. Vivianite helps us to have Faith in that higher good!

Bringing the energy today for all who wish to receive it, of a beautiful piece of Vivianite I have in my collection that I have shared previously … vibrating with the frequency to help facilitate physical, emotional and spiritual healing, may it’s energy assist us all positively on the journey of wisdom and healing…No grid today for this amazing piece as it needs no assistance at all to do it’s work!…may it’s light help strengthen and heal. Light is transformative, change is inevitable… it’s how we shine our light in this world despite the darkness, that makes all the difference! That light should always be shone through a filter of love.

Happy Sunday Everyone!

It’s been a bit of an indecisive weekend here in Perth weather wise, with the cooler temperatures, wind and rain alternating between periods of warm sunshine!

It’s a New Moon in Libra this week on Tuesday, 21st of October at 8:25pm Perth time, and we are still, for the most part, experiencing cool mornings and warm days, a juxtaposition of opposites but always an opportunity to clear the head, and my energy for the week ahead...working through my own life lessons and drawing on the wisdom of my experiences while releasing energy that no longer serves me well. The beach is a sanctuary for me, and the kind of place where I filter the spiritual into my physical reality in order to walk my path. This past week however, doing the Cape to Cape hiking challenge has certainly seen more than my fair share of beach walking! 😅

The New Moon in Libra is interesting, to say the least … with Saturn quincunx Neptune,the energy right now is challenging, restrictive… and is providing quite some amount of discomfort, with fears and phobias highlighted to overcome. Any resistance to sudden change and the difficulties these experiences can bring may produce some lower vibrational energies … Fir certain I was ‘overcoming’ this past week! Yes, we have some intense energy at the moment but this change, these lessons, they are providing an opportunity for a fresh start, a release of limiting behavioural patterns, letting go and a clearing out of energy that no longer serves… all very timely as a New Year will be upon us faster that we know it!

An amazing crystal that can assist us with our energy and the energies this week that we will be experiencing from the New Moon, is Sodalite. Often overlooked or thought to be a ‘not so great looking’ version of Lapis Lazuli, Sodalite is in fact an extremely powerful crystal to work with. It’s calming and soothing which is important during times of high energy or stress, it’s thought to be anti inflammatory, not just for the body but in situations that have a tendency to get heated ...and it’s renowned in its ability to assist in draining the lymphatic system, which means it’s great for helping us to identify, process and remove energy from our lives that is proving to be toxic! Sodalite is also a crystal used to heal and open the throat chakra, helping us to effectively and accurately communicate anything we need to convey in a healthy and empowering way. This week isn’t about getting into a conflict...It’s about clearing energy, cooling the fire that causes it! Facing our fears, overcoming uncertainties, leads to finding our own Way, our own Truth.

When I think about the purest form of communication, whales and their whale song always spring to my mind. Their communication is purposeful, truthful, pure, harmonic and healing... I have been blessed be the caretaker of a beautiful crystalline sodalite humpback whale energy that I am privileged to be able to share with you all in creating this week’s crystal grid. At the end of our hike, my friends and I were truly blessed to see whales frolicking of the coast at Cape Naturalist… check the videos I will place in the comments section here on my page as I can’t share them in the post itself apparently!

Happy Sunday Everyone!

It’s a beautiful and sunny day here in Perth as we look forward to some beautiful weather here ahead in the coming week! Although we have work, responsibilities, chores and the like, it’s very important to get out into nature and simply relax, ground and centre ourselves in order to keep calm and focussed while walking our physical and spiritual paths.

One of the easiest ways to do this of course is to simply down tools and take off to surround ourselves in a little bit of nature… a lot of nature if you can! I’m actually on a road trip this week with very dear friends as we do the Cape to Cape part of the Bibbulmun Track! I’ll post some snaps for you all during the week:)

This can be as simple though as finding a decent patch of lush green grass, sitting under a magnificent tree, going to the beach (as I often do!) …or simply finding your favourite secluded part of the world where you just feel ‘connected’. Too often, life gets in the way of living …and we find ourselves in a seemingly monotonous spin that simply has the capacity to do our heads in if we let it! We forget that we are, in fact, living organisms, part of nature and in need of a strong connection to it!

A great crystal that I always come back to when I feel the need for a deep grounded connection to nature is Tree Agate. It’s beautiful green dendritic ‘branches’ have a calming and grounding affect on our energy, even when just looking at it! Tree agate can help bring a sense of peace and tranquilly to our energy fields, especially in times of stress….it’s sense of quiet, it’s dignified connectedness to the Earth, just balances and resets our own biological rhythms…something we often forget about while striving to become our authentic spiritual selves, living intensely physical lives. The trick is uniting them both! Tree Agate brings balance…like a tree, we can reach upwards towards the light, only when we are firmly grounded to Mother Earth and her life giving energy.

On a previous, spontaneous road trip out, the family and I visited Serpentine Falls. Surrounded by the beauty of this WA forest, may the energy of this grid, (created previously) bring for all who wish to receive it, the energy of my beautiful Tree Agate, surrounded by Clear Quartz points and tumbled tree agate…calming, grounding, connecting - ready for what is next and always focused on the blessings of the moment. Happy Sunday Everyone,

It’s school holidays here in Perth and although I tell us all that we should be taking it a little easier, I’ve still found myself burning the candle at both ends as they say! Hence being a day later with our weekly crystal guidance! Thankfully, I did manage to take time out to catch up with some very dear friends on the weekend, people who are soul family and who can always be counted on, no matter what lessons the universe decides to throw along the path. These people always feel like home, bring peace…and always set my frequency back in to harmony, even though we all lead very different lives!

We have a Full Moon in Aries tomorrow (so hold on a bit for a longer post!, October 7th at 11:47am Perth time and if you are in the Northern Hemisphere, you will be enjoying your Harvest Moon, while those of us in the Southern Hemisphere, will be enjoying our Pink Moon. This Full Moon is a little challenging with Mercury square Pluto…however, the fixed star Alpha Andromedae(AKA Sirrah) is closest this month, giving us an opportunity to find freedom, break the chains of adversity, find our independence, enjoy and treasure our friendships, love our dearest ones whole heartedly… these opportunities are all there with their cards on the table, for those of us able to see above the smoke and mirrors of ego and division! It’s a great night to charge your crystals if you should feel so inclined.

Walking a spiritual path, we often find ourselves looking for ‘like minded souls’ as we may come to feel isolated, alone, divided even from those we are conditioned to feel may be still ‘unawakened’ or ‘trapped in the matrix’… indeed sometimes people can become quite derogatory when our belief system does not align with their own, disrespect should never be tolerated, however… just because people may appear to be ‘like minded’, it still doesn’t mean they are ‘our people’ and it’s important to really discern who we surround ourselves with.

Just because someone doesn’t hold the same belief system as us, it does not mean they are beneath us or in some way inferior! Being unwilling to investigate rigid belief systems, our own or others’, or not being open to having your beliefs challenged, is in itself divisive and does not align with the practice of unconditional love…nor is it conducive to peace and harmony. Do no harm… it’s just not that hard. Being open minded and willing to learn something allows us to grow from the experience of appreciating the different point of views held by other beliefs…we none of us know everything after all! Growth involves the ability to listen, to feel, to care, to understand and above all, to be challenged. It’s how we learn from those challenges, indeed even from those who challenge us, that determines how we progress and ascend along this road called life that we are sharing.

A great crystal for helping us to integrate the spiritual with the physical and the psychological with the emotional when attempting this type of growth is Super Seven, also known as Melody Stone. Super Seven contains Amethyst, Rutile Quartz, Goethite, Smokey Quartz, Lepidocrocite and Cacoxenite, hence the name Super Seven… although new deposits found also seem to be coated with Hematite, making it a kind of Super Eight! Together, these elements combine in harmony to bring us the same, HARMONY. Super Seven helps bring our frequencies back to a harmonic state of being, so that we are able to access the higher knowledge available through Source…instead of the repetitive, egotistical, hierarchical ‘din’ that many seem to prefer to listen to, coming from the lower density, 4th dimensional beings that exist in that dimension.

Super Seven is a crystal that can genuinely ATTUNE us to the harmony and frequencies of Source…unconditional love. If we were all the same, life would be simply boring and there wouldn’t be an opportunity to grow at all… differences are for learning, opportunities to grow…they are never an opportunity for war, although some would like to bring it to the doorstep of every place they go…If people want to to bring you down, talk behind your back, constantly attempting to discredit your right to Be, these just simply aren’t ‘your people’.. ‘your people’ don’t have to be the same as you, they don’t even have to agree with you…but ‘your people’ are always the ones there for you, who trust you, who support you, who are honest with you, even if they don’t always understand you.

Bringing the energy today, for all who wish to receive it, of a grid created previously with beautiful Super Seven to just help bring us all back to Oneness, to Synchronicity…together with Citrine points for transmutation of lower vibrational energy, radiated out with Selenite to bring in the Peace and wisdom of Source.

If all the notes of our song were the same, there would be no music…it takes the fusion of a variety of different and beautiful notes to create a beautiful musical piece…may we all find our melody and may those melodies all learn to harmonise as one beautiful Symphony. This cacophony of noise based on ego and divisiveness is hard on the ears of the soul, a noise that has been created too many times before! It’s certainly time for a different tune! …. *As usual, a full moon is always a great opportunity for the cleansing and release of energy that no longer serves us, so here is my usual ‘how to’ on clearing your energy chords and smudging your home or business spaces...the preceding and proceeding 8 hrs either side of the full moon are a great time for doing this cleansing and release work with Selenite! If you have a Selenite rod and wish to release energy that no longer serves you,

Sweeping your entire body with Selenite, make the following affirmation...

‘I now release all energy, chords, attachments and soul contracts that no longer serve my highest good, and I return them back to Source with love, light and healing. In love, faith and gratitude, I welcome abundance, Amen. (Amen is not a religious word, it stems from the Hebrew ‘to have faith’, meaning what you’ve asked for is done!)’

If wanting to smudge your home or business to release energy from your space that does not serve your highest good, (and white sage, ethically sourced from First Nation People in California is ALWAYS best for this no matter what people say about it in order to ‘flog’ you what they’re trying to sell) ask that ‘all energy that does not serve your highest good be returned to Source with love, light and healing’...as you move around your home or workspace with your lit white sage smudge stick, making sure the smudge reaches all corners, nooks and crannies! ...don’t forget to make sure your windows are open first and you will want to burn some lavender or diffuse some lavender oil in order to welcome back in the good energy when you’ve finished!

Happy Monday Everyone!

Well the weather here in Perth is beautiful today, after a wet, windy and cold Sunday! It’s been a full on weekend (it’s been a full on week actually!), not just for me but indeed it’s been the theme for a while now! Time just seems to be speeding up and we often find ourselves in need of things to just STOP for a hot minute don’t we?

I’m having a moment of just that as I sit here writing our weekly crystal guidance! As the countdown towards the end of the year begins, (we already see Christmas fare displayed in shops…it’s September!), it’s great to just breathe, settle and tune out to all the noise demanding our constant attention…tuning in to ourselves and what it is that we might truly need right now to restore a sense of peace and balance!

For me, it’s sitting with the crystals that call for my attention… normally we are drawn to crystals in such a way … or should I say, the crystals we most feel drawn to actually call to us! This week for me it’s Lepidolite… but then Pink Tourmaline… and then some Lithium Quartz…. What all of these crystals have in common, is their crystalline Lithium content.

Lithium in crystals helps us to relax, to quiet the mind, to process stress, to find our calm…helping us to achieve our peace in times where peace is not easily found. Lithium Quartz, in particular, with its Quartz content, helps us action the stillness we require in which to simply just BE. In times of transition, change or stress, Lepidolite and it’s Mica content actively helps us to find positivity and a sense of calm amongst the chaos. Pink Tourmaline helps promote a sense of sympathy, empathy, friendship and compassion, for ourselves and towards those needing to feel a little ‘uplifted’. Pink Tourmaline is especially helpful for those with physical issues of the heart.

Bringing the energy today, as promised, for all who wish to receive it… of a rather lovely piece of large Lepidolite, together with four pieces of ethereal, calming Lithium Quartz of which I obtained on my last trip back home to Glastonbury, together with two pieces of tumbled Pink Tourmaline. On a bed of mini Clear Quartz tumbles to amplify and radiate their energy out to you all, they are surrounded by large Himalayan Rock Salt crystals for that extra healing energy! We may not be able to stop the world from spinning, but we do have the ability create a place where the motion of life can simply carry on while we take time out to relax and rest a while! Time and space are ours to create after all…it’s the places in between where true enlightenment and be found!

Happy SundayEveryone!

We are having a beautiful day here in Perth today and we have a rather intense but amazing New Moon in Virgo tomorrow morning at 3:54am Perth time…and this level of energy can sometimes feel quite exhausting when we forget (or neglect) to nurture and replenish ourselves…a theme of restriction and extremes (emotional, physical and spiritual) can be expected this month…indeed this year has gone extremely fast with many people of late expressing a sense of exhaustion and general feeling of drained life force energy. I personally have found myself pulled in several directions and prioritising time for myself and my loved ones continues to be paramount for the rest of the year!

The New Moon is indeed vibrant with its energy but needs to be utilised carefully…especially considering it coincides with a partial solar eclipse (not visible in Perth) and with tomorrow being New Year in the Hebrew calendar, together with next week being the Mooncake (or Mid Autumn) Festival, now is certainly a time to actively revitalise ourselves before the downhill run towards the end of the year!

With the Vernal Equinox (I’m in the Southern Hemisphere so it’s an Autumnal Equinox for those of you in the Northern Hemisphere) due to occur this Tuesday 23rd September at 2:19am Perth time, I feel that today would be the perfect time to once again use the crystal Dolerite, or more famously known as Preseli Bluestone, for our weekly guidance.

The Equinoxes are all about where the Sun, or light is positioned at this time of the year. Just as the sun provides heat and the necessary conditions that produce life here on Earth, we are asked to tune into the Universal Life Force from which we are able to draw upon in order to sustain our spiritual or light body selves... Source. The Equinox is a time to reflect, to draw upon and to understand that powerful cleansing and restorative energy that is available to us at all times, an energy that brings us life, strength, health, vitality and the ability to bring forth positive transformation and success into our lives (and who doesn’t want some of that right?)

As much as we need to connect to Source, we also need to ground ourselves. Dolerite, or Preseli Blue Stone, is famous for making up the 19 inner circle standing stones at Stonehenge. It is a highly spiritual crystal that not only assists us to open our Soma chakras (essential for inner balance of yin/yang energy) ...but is also amazing for assisting us to ground and tap into that ancient earth energy, that electro magnetic pulsation of connectedness that is so very healing to our physical beings. As such, Preseli Bluestone is a crystal of profound vibration, helping us truly ground cosmic consciousness into our physical reality... without losing the plot!

Time is circular, not linear. Energy is eternal and we can, and indeed should, draw upon and tap into that energy as needed in order heal, replenish and care for ourselves, as well as the people and environments we may find ourselves in. The light of Source, and the electromagnetic frequency of Gaia, are of equal importance when trying to find the balance that leads to true healing, wisdom and enlightenment...balance and without the EGO! This week Preseli Bluestone will assist us to remember that there is absolutely no point to being 'heavenly minded' if we are of 'no earthly good'! We are being asked to understand that we are Whole, nothing can be given or taken without our consent. We must find Balance. Protecting our peace is of great importance over the coming days!

It's about LIFE and LIVING...The light of Source and the harmonising frequency of Earth are needed in equal balance when one truly wants to learn how to sing the song of ONE...perfect before an Equinox where the Sun crosses the equator and day and night, light and dark, are are roughly of equal length...

Bringing the energy for all who wish to receive it, of a powerful grid I created previously for us all, consisting of Preseli Bluestone, Apophyllite, Optical Calcite and Clear Quartz. Light, Source, Connection, Grounding, Truth, Wisdom, Wholeness and Balance. I’m guided to remind us all that procrastination is not a sign of laziness or a weakness of the mind… it’s often a sign that that one is tired to their core and in need of change…and a change is as good as a holiday they say!

Happy Sunday Everyone,

After a beautiful week of sunshine it is again a wild, wet and windy day today here in Perth!…we need the rain but we love the warmer weather …likewise in life and in spirit, it is always a balance of light and dark that allows the very survival of life as we know it. Without night, we would not understand day after all.

Today, I would like to revisit again a letter from the Hebrew alphabet, taken from my earlier lessons on the Hebrew alphabet and it’s spiritual meanings...(scroll back a couple of years or so if you are interested in this guidance along with my guidance on the Nordic runes) ...it seems a necessary revisit today so, I will be discussing the Hebrew character of Qof, also known as Qop, Kuf which can generally be quite confusing for those of us not proficient in ancient Hebrew! I will be discussing this letter today in conjunction with the crystal known as Elestial Quartz.

Qof, Kuf in modern Hebrew has a meaning of 'monkey'... and this meaning suits modern Kabbalists who associate this with Thoth in his baboon form and all the Egyptian and Indian esoteric connections that go with it. This word in fact, is an imported word but this letter is actually associated with the right use of knowledge and energy.

Qof/Kuf is connected to sunset and sunrise and indeed it's original depiction shows just this. At sunrise and sunset, the light and the dark combine to create beauty, something truly magical to behold. The moon today is at what we call a full quarter... which exactly half light half and dark synchronistically... A balance of yin and yang if you will. In this way, the Hebrew word Qadosh or Kadosh means 'holy' and is associated with light and innocence. Conversely, this letter is also associated with the Qlipoth or 'empty shells' ... the shadow side of the tree of life that is devoid of light. But make no mistake, those working with Qlipoth Qabala are fully awakened, but are so in what we call the 4th dimension, deception. Gives new meaning to the Q in QAnon for those interested ....

When you connect to Source, you are grounding the spiritual into the physical and even though we go through times of darkness, we are able to see the necessity of this in order grow and raise our frequencies or vibrations. We are able to see the higher good that comes from everything we go through.

Ego is the vice of the Qlipoth, these people are always 'masters', 'gurus’, ‘walk-ins' or reincarnated people of great importance... always wanting to tell us what ‘benevolent’ spiritual work they’ve achieved where no one else has previously been able to do so… says them in any case…They are never happy being just who they are right now! They are creating the opposite for themselves... a lovely tail that keeps them firmly rooted to the underside of the tree of life and are lower in their vibrational frequencies. Qlipoth is an empty shell, the opposite of Kadosh. They will claim illumination but they do not understand true ‘light’. Learn to discern.

Elestial Quartz is a beautiful crystal that combines both elements of light and dark in a way that assists us to connect to our true and magnificent beings of light... you! Wisdom is gained through the acceptance of 'what is' and asking ourselves what is my lesson? Elestial Quartz uses the cleansing vibration of Smokey Quartz to purify and detox all energy that prevents us from seeing the magnificent potential of our own light, through understanding, accepting and learning why this energy was there in the first place. The energy of Clear Quartz highlights the infinite possibilities within us to create lives that are for our highest good… through whatever gives us joy!

Together, Qof and the crystal Elestial
Quartz are asking us to see that being 'holy' or 'pure' of heart is not about being perfect! We all make mistakes, after all, how else do we learn? No, Qadosh is about understanding that 'just because you can, it doesn't mean that you should!' Use your sword, and your words wisely! It's about trusting your inner guidance and understanding that doing what is right is not always easy and sometimes we go through proverbial hell! It's about using that darkness, learning from it and shining our light on to it in order to create something as magical as a sunrise or a sunset! Whether we rise or fall is entirely up to us!

Happy Sunday Everyone!

It’s Father’s Day as we experience a wild, windy and wet day today here in Perth…you wouldn’t know the sun was shining beautifully this past week as we step into Spring here in the Southern Hemisphere! Happy Father’s Day! I’m guided to interrupt our dragon crystal guidance today in order to explain some of the energy and the reactions many are experiencing to some pretty intense energy at the moment. As it’s a Full Moon, my post will be a little longer today… hang in there!

Firstly, we we have a Full Moon in Pisces peaking at 2:08am tomorrow morning, coinciding with a Full Lunar (Penumbral) Eclipse, AKA Blood Moon, at its maximum about 2:11am. As such, I highly recommend that we do NOT put our crystals out for a charge this evening. If you are in the Northern Hemisphere, you will be enjoying a Fruit Moon, while those of us in the Southern Hemisphere will be having our Sugar/Crow Moon. With the Moon quincunx Venus, sensitivity and emotional imbalance may have those out of sync feeling extremely defensive with the Mars square Jupiter aspect. The minor grand trine (magic triangle) I have spoken of previously allows us to focus on positivity and abundance if we align with this energy, instead of being affected in a negative way. The key to this is in charity, faith in the higher good, integrity and goodwill, over selfishness, defensiveness and single minded judgemental behaviour.

Feeling bad is always a sign that your spirit is not in alignment …and always a lesson in energy….Over the years there has been a lot of talk in spiritual communities regarding the ‘ascension wave’ and the so called ‘symptoms’ being experienced. These symptoms include, but are not limited to, ringing in the ears, headaches, ‘brain fog’, flu like symptoms, insomnia, lethargy and increased levels of aggression and/or depressive tendencies. I have to say...These are NOT due to an ascension wave! These are NOT symptoms of ascension!

We have been experiencing some serious solar flare activity, more over the last two years than previously known, as well as an alarmingly high spiking of the Schumann Resonance that has been highly irregular over the same time. Solar flares have the capacity to not only affect our health and well being, but also electronic equipment and the electromagnetic frequencies they emanate. The Schumann Resonance IS the electromagnetic frequency of the Earth and sits at a usual 7.83Hz in frequency. It is considered to be a general indication of the Earth’s health and well being. Massive increases in the frequency of the Schumann Resonance, which seems to have been generally viewed as a ‘good thing’ in the spiritual community, is actually quite the contrary. The frequency can spike as high as 58Hz and has been as high as 150Hz. But what does this really mean for us?

Well, simply put, these raised frequencies have neuroscientific evidence that indicates interference with our beta brain waves in a non positive capacity... these increases can lead to a more stressed and agitated state in humans especially if the frequency rises above 38Hz... stress lowers our vibration and negatively impacts our immune systems, contracting our energy fields and thus making us not only more susceptible to physical illness, but more vulnerable to psychic attack! Is it any wonder there appears to be an increase in ‘chanelled’ messages via spiritual ‘gurus’ and ‘chosen ones’ from this ascended master and that archangel during these times...wanting us to just ‘ride the wave’ and accept these symptoms as part of our so called ‘ascension’? If we are feeling terrible, then our energy fields are actually under attack! ... the the increase in the Shumann Resonance is in fact a symptom of the lowering of our collective etheric vibration as we fall farther from our spiritual Source. It does not have to be this way.

We as a group consciousness however, have the ability to affect the Schumann Resonance, just as it affects us...so is it any wonder that an increase in It’s frequency is accompanied by increased trauma and suffering in the world? Yes there are other forces at play here but at the end of the day, we can learn to discern what is our TRUTH by how we FEEL, because we actually feel great as our vibration rises! It is that simple!

Nothing bad happens unless there is a higher good to come of it... there is a lesson in all we experience if we don’t drown in what it makes us Feel. This is an opportunity to raise our vibration if we just remember to use some commonsense and not override our intuition, our instinct, our gut ‘feelings’ with the 4D rhetoric flying about that is designed to talk us out of our TRUTH. We are already ascended, we are Source! We just need to remember this before we all go riding the ‘fear wave’ of having to raise vibrations to catch the ‘ascension wave’ we are told we need to ride! Waves always crash. Not everyone knows how to surf. We are One and no One gets left behind so the sooner we all understand this the sooner we will all find our WAY. Choose JOY.

If you are having some trouble with the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual energy and it’s vibrations at this time, wear a piece of citrine on your body to boost your life force, strengthen your auric field and transmute lower vibrational energies. Ultimately, connecting to Source in a true and correct way will help clear your energy, ground you and provide a filter for receiving information that is TRUTH. It’s about grounding the spiritual into the physical in order to walk our path, our WAY... it’s whatever brings us JOY. Not absolute disharmonious disturbance! There is no growth in comfort and we do need challenges ...but a little common sense and a practical approach to assessing how something is making us FEEL is better than being just another sheep following just another herd into just another enclosure ruled by the same old energy for the same old reason! ...a box is a box, no matter how it’s packaged or marketed! Who wants to be in one?? If it doesn’t FEEL right, it’s not your WAY... it is a lesson to be learned in finding your way back to your path. When you’re on the right path, you experience increased synchronicity, increased abundance, greater connection with your guides and a greater sense of stability. It doesn’t Feel like rubbish!

Sweeping your entire body with Selenite, make the following affirmation...

‘I now release all energy, chords, attachments and soul contracts that no longer serve my highest good, and I return them back to Source with love, light and healing. In love, faith and gratitude, I welcome abundance, Amen. (Amen is not a religious word, it stems from the Hebrew ‘to have faith’, meaning what you’ve asked for is done!)’

If wanting to smudge your home or business to release energy from your space that does not serve your highest good, (and white sage, ethically sourced from First Nation People in California is ALWAYS best for this no matter what people say about it in order to ‘flog’ you what they’re trying to sell) ask that ‘all energy that does not serve your highest good be returned to Source with love, light and healing’...as you move around your home or workspace with your lit white sage smudge stick, making sure the smudge reaches all corners, nooks and crannies! ...don’t forget to make sure your windows are open first and you will want to burn some lavender or diffuse some lavender oil in order to welcome back in the good energy when you’ve finished!
