Are you considering joining the running craze? A fantastic, easy to join and social exercise, running is a fantastic way to stay fit, whether your goal is 5k, 12km, a marathon or even an Ultramarathon!
It is important that you build up your load gradually, warm up and cool down properly and make sure that you can do everything to keep yourself on the road!
