We’re all coming back slowly but surely 🙌 Erin returning from a sun-filled, camping trip to Exmouth tomorrow ☀️ and Jono back on Tuesday after an epic trip to Europe 🇪🇺

Even though they’re both pretty booked up they’ll do their best to see everyone who needs it ASAP so don’t hesitate to give us a call 😊

When your 13 year old patient has a growth spurt and makes you feel REALLY short 🤣

When kids have a growth spurt like this it’s common to experience “growing pains” which often presents as aching or discomfort in the legs. Your soft tissue OT can help to alleviate this by releasing any tightness and stretching out the relevant muscles 💪

Friday night we had an awesome dinner to celebrate our fabulous chiro, Joel Hooper 🌟
We’ve absolutely loved having Joel as part of the team — his great energy, top-notch chiropractic skills, good spirit and all-round fun have made a big impact, and we’re so grateful for the time we’ve had with him.

We’re really going to miss him, but we’re also so excited to see the amazing things he’s going to do next. Go well, Joel — you’ve got a whole crew cheering you on! 🙌💫

We are super excited to announce our newest chiropractor Wynn 🤩🤩 Wynn has been helping families and athletes thrive for the last 10 years. In 2015 she received the Sports Chiropractic Graduate Award and went on to complete her International Sports Chiropractic qualification. This led to her being a Chiropractor for Powerlifting and Ultimate athletes and officials at the 2022 World Games in America!

Dr Wynn loves seeing the whole family and often looks at your functional movement so that you can work, play and sleep at your best. Post graduate study and training has led her to special interests including but not limited to: headaches and jaw pain, pregnancy and paediatrics, sports and athletic performance. Outside of the office her passions include travelling, cooking and reformer pilates!

Fun facts:

🏜️ Done a lap of Australia and can confirm we live in the best state
🏂 Have worked a season at Big White Ski Resort in Canada and learned how to snowboard (not well)
Doesn’t follow footy but loves F1
🎬 Fave movies: White Chicks, Interstellar, Harry Potter
🍸 Drink of choice: spicy margs or red wine

Wynn will be working Mondays and Fridays starting this Friday so please say g’day and give her a big LC & STT welcome 🙌🙌

We’re all really sad to share that Joel is leaving us 😢 He’s been such a wonderful part of the team — not just an excellent chiropractor, but a genuinely fun, warm and uplifting presence in the clinic.

While we’re sad to see him go, we’re also super excited for what’s next — Joel will be setting up his own clinic in the future, and we know he’s going to do amazing things. 🤩

Joel, thank you for everything. We’ll miss you heaps and like many before you- we hope you’ll pop in for treatments and to say g’day for years to come! Wishing you all the very best for this next chapter! 🙌
