Orders that are in by Midnight on MONDAYS are available for Pickup from our Midland kitchen Fridays 6-8PM, Saturdays 8-10AM. Deliveries are dropped to your door Saturdays and Sundays, so you are prepared and ready for the week ahead with convenient, tasty, healthy meals ready and waiting in the fridge or freezer!

To all our beloved PMC Perth community.

We have a significant update to share with you.

It's been 5 years of growing the community and getting to know some of you who have been on the journey from the early days of custom-designed meals.

We are officially announcing that PMC has ceased the meal service and want to send a big shout-out and thank you to all of you who have supported this service each week we turned up to prep the meals and deliver them to your door.

Education is the backbone of why PMC was created in the first place that developed over the years from nutritional coaching to a fun menu delivered to your door.

We feel grateful to have shared this with you all and we do appreciate that it was a unique service that may not be offered anywhere else.

We hope that we have given you some inspiration for your plant-based journey.
Thank you for being part of our journey 🙏

We have run some reports this week on what type of meals you guys loved the most & unfortunately Salads didn't rate that high.
We love a good salad, but if they are not your thing that's ok, we are here to be of service to you 💚

So going forward we won't be adding Salads to our menu.
But you can always add a Broccoli Salad to your order. The Broccoli salad will stay in the shop as an item you can add on as you like 🥦

This will mean that all meals on our menu then will be freezer friendly.
You will receive the meals fresh, and you can keep them in your fridge until Friday, but you can freeze them if you don't get through them.

Tell us in the comments if there are meals that you would like to see on our menu.

New Menu Time!

Keep in mind that we will be on a little holiday after this week.
So last deliveries for 2022 is this Christmas weekend.
All orders that come in from now until 9 January 2023, will be delivered on the weekend of 14/15 January.

Keep calm this week and look forward to the good things, and try not to get too caught up in being busy.
This is also a time to slow down and recoup.

This weeks Most Loved Meal
🎃 Pumpkin with Nutty Cranberry Rice

This is a Christmas inspired meal.
During December we incorporated t least 1 Christmas inspired meal into our menu so we can al all get into the Christmas spirit.

This menu is the last PMC menu for 2022.
Then we go on a 2 week break.
So last deliveries are this weekend 24/25 December.
Next delivery is 14/15 January 2023.

Stock up your fridge/freezer with healthy meals.

December can be such a stressful time, but please know that you are also meant to slow down and enjoy some down time to recoup.
Self care is important & not selfish. You need to look after yourself so you can be present for others.

Did you know that the packaging we use is larger than most other meal businesses out there?
PMC meals come in 840ml containers. Most other meals out there come in 300ml containers.

Due to this, our portions are larger, meaning you get more for your $ and also lots more nutrients to keep you full & nourished.

Plus our packaging is compostable.

New Menu Time!
This is actually the last PMC menu for 2023. How crazy is that?

We will be taking a break from 26 December to 8 January.

But let's not dwell on that just yet as we will be around for another 3 weeks including this week.
So make sure you get your orders in and nourish your body right before the party time comes.
We also recommend having some PMC meals stashed in your fridge/freezer during the xmas / new year party time so you can stay well nourished between all the partying 💚

Did you know that our packaging is Compostable?
Yes, all of the packaging is.
The container, film, and label.
So throw them all in your general waste.

PMC is the only business in Perth that is using compostable air sealed packaging.
Because looking after mama earth matters to us 💚

Who is Plant Made Crew?

Plant Made Crew is made up of Sen & Sam + our Clients :)

Sen is a Qualified & Registered Nutritionist (Advanced Certificate in Nutritional Counselling) with specialised areas of studies in Weight-loss, Sports, & Therapeutic Nutrition.

Sen also has an interest in spirituality, how the mind & body work, & self development. As a result, Sen has a holistic approach towards healing & nutrition, also holding a Level 1 Reiki certificate.

Sen continues to keep up to date with nutrition education, and she is also in the process of obtaining her Diploma in Medicinal Cannabis and CBD Oil.
