Marika Hart - Dynamic Strength Physiotherapy

Offering physiotherapy services predominantly for women. A mother of two, she has a special interest in exericse for pregnancy and in the postnatal period.

This includes pre and postnatal exercise, pelvic floor rehabilitation, diastasis recti management and so much more. Dynamic Strength Physiotherapy is run by Marika Hart, a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist who is currently doing a Masters Degree in Continence and Pelvic Health. Marika is currently consulting at Pelvic Health Clinic, Alfred Cove on Tuesdays.

Thank you for the wonderful afternoon making Slippers at the Myoko Visitor Centre. We had such a lovely time and would recommend it to anyone looking for a creative break from skiing!!
