🗣️Shoutout to client John- who this year, has officially been coming in to see me for 13 YEARS!!

▪️He has followed me to 4 different locations
▪️When he comes in, he requests a 60s playlist 🎵.. and he knows every single artist and song title that comes on😅
▪️He always has a cheesy joke, or some sort of useless trivia for me😂
▪️For about the past year or so, every time he comes in, he stops at a cafe and buys me a lemon meringue tart🤤

⏰REMINDER⏰

Cancellation policies are not put in place to be harsh or as punishment… they’re put in place to protect our business and our income.
They’re an understanding that you respect us and our time.

As practitioners, we do not get paid if you don’t show up. We have people on cancellation lists who unfortunately miss out if you do not show. As do we have an hour or more where we could have earned money, but now earn zero…🥲

Just imagine you spent an hour in peak hour traffic driving to work, then you get there, start working and your boss goes “oh sorry, you’re not getting paid for today”
That would feel pretty crappy! It would make you feel unvalued and like your time is not respected right?
All we ask is that you show us that same respect you expect from your boss😊

Obviously we understand emergencies can occasionally happen. We are all human after all.

👋🏼HI EVERYONE👋🏼

I thought I would do a little ‘re-introduction’ to anyone who’s new to my page, or also just because- a lot has changed since I did my last one😅

I’m Kathryn, or Kat for short 😊. I’m the owner of KKRM and have been working in the remedial massage industry since 2008. Safe to say I’m feeling old 🙈

Things I love- being near the ocean, coast walks, breakfast and coffee dates, dogs, cats, food (biscoff everything 😂), laughing😅, a spicy marg or red wine with friends, trying to beat my fiancé in monopoly deal 🙊(and he absolutely hates when/ if I do🤪), my family 🩵

I love to keep fit and healthy. I have competed in 3 novice strongman competitions and love the feeling of feeling STRONG 💪🏼
I have recently become a mother to our gorgeous little boy Noah. He is almost 5 months old and he fills my heart with SO much love 🥰

Career- I have had my own business for 16 years and worked in a variety of places including a boxing gym, pregnancy/ women’s health clinic and a strength training/ powerlifting gym. I now work from my home clinic which is super handy with baby Noah😊
My favourite body part to massage in the neck. I have special interest in shoulder injuries and niggles from training (as I’ve had plenty through my time 😂)
I am a strong believer in the importance of recovery, but also in strength and mobility. A strong stable base is just as important to keep pain to a minimum and reduce risk of reoccurring injuries and/ or tension ⚡️

I have studied up to the level of a dry needling ‘’master’ and love incorporating dry needling into my treatments for added benefits ✔️

I have some clients who have been with me for almost 15 years😱! It still fills me with joy and gratitude that they have trusted me with their health and wellbeing throughout all those years and I have met so many wonderful people along the way.

Thanks to all clients, followers and friends for all the continued support over the years! Here’s to many more decades 🥰✌🏼

Time sure is flying by and I’ll be back at work before you know it!🤩

👶🏼OFFICIALLY ON MATERNITY LEAVE👶🏼
✨Hope to return approximately Feb 2024✨

As of tomorrow I am officially on maternity leave🤰🏼to get some last things organised before bub arrives, and get some much needed down time 😴

I will be having a few months off to enjoy the newborn bubble and while we figure out this foreign thing called parenthood..
(Well… to an actually tiny human, not just a crazy cat and dog) 🐱🐶😂

I hope to back some time in the early new year! Don’t be a stranger and feel free to contact me for chats, queries, life updates, return to work estimates etc. I will always be available for a chat😊

👶🏼KKRM APPRENTICE IN THE MAKING🙊

I am very excited to announce that Brandon and I have a new family member joining us in September this year!🥰

I hope this explains my slight absence lately…..
I have not been having the best time experiencing severe nausea and struggling to do my usual workload/ survive every day life🫠🥴

I’ve made the decision to half my workload while I battle this sickness. Please be patient with me as appointments will be quite limited until I battle through this phase of the pregnancy.
Hopefully I can get back to some sort of normalcy into the second trimester 😊🤞🏼

Thanks for your patience and understanding, and I am very excited to go on this journey with you all.
And for you all to meet the newest member of the KKRM clan 🤪💙💕👶🏼
