Donna knew she wanted to find somewhere for her family to exercise together.

Rod initially came to Range of Motion for injury rehabilitation. He says a willingness to ensure correct technique helped him recover, and helped protect him against future injury.

David hadn't been doing a lot of exercise, and was noticing he was becoming increasingly unhealthy.
He wanted help preparing his health for the future, so came to Range of Motion.
David likes that the Personal Coaches at Range of Motion put a high priority on technique and moving safely.
He says he now feels a lot better about himself and his future health.

Tony had been working long hours prioritising his career, and hadn't been exercising. That was seven years ago.
Tony, a Professor of Physiotherapy, tells us it's been the accountability that has benefitted him most at Range of Motion.
Having regularly scheduled sessions with his Personal Coach has meant Tony now puts his health first.

After having two close pregnancies, Donna wanted to get back to the healthy lifestyle she enjoyed before having kids. She knew that exercise at Range of Motion would improve her mental health and make her a better mum.
She came to Range of Motion because she wanted somewhere she could bring her family. She also wanted to feel safe when exercising, knowing that she wads receiving an individualised approach. That was three years ago, and she tells us it's the most consistently she's ever exercised.

Tracy had a knee injury and was in excruciating pain. She had been told she was five years away from needing probably needing a wheelchair.
A slow and patient approach from her Personal Coach has meant she can now get up and down from the ground, walk up stairs, and walk a couple of kilometres without a limp.
She loves that Range of Motion isn't 'body beautiful' which she says makes it a safe place to come.

Ali started at Range of Motion because she had poor leg strength and a neck injury, and couldn't lift her arms overhead.
She was nervous starting, but after working with a Personal Coach for four and a half years, she is now stronger and fitter than she was 30 years ago.

Even as a young guy, Fab started at Range of Motion because he was feeling like an old man.
Now he tells us he can lift heavy weights, is fitter than he's ever been and looks better than he's ever looked. He feels healthier, and now gets up with a spring in his step.

Eric got diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. He couldn't stand without an aid.
His diagnosis was in 2016, when he started with Range of Motion. He no longer uses a walking stick.
He says that the most important part of Range of Motion for him has been that his limitations have never stopped his Personal Coach modifying his training to suit his abilities.
He tells other people living with a disability or a medical condition, 'never limit yourself, just go for it'.
