Ordinary Athletes Ordinary Athletes provides running and boxing based group fitness sessions for people of all levels and abilities.

We meet weekly on Tuesday evenings at Loton Park, corner Lord & Bulwer Sts, Perth (next to NIB Stadium). Ordinary Athletes hosts weekly group fitness sessions for all abilities and levels (really!), led by Tim Karajas (BSc Physiotherapy). The sessions are on Tuesday evenings at Loton Park, on the corner of Lord & Bulwer Sts, Perth (next to NIB Stadium). We lead a running-based session which begins at 6:15pm (and includes options for those completely new to running), and a boxing-based session which begins at 6:45pm, with both groups doing a combined strength and conditioning workout from 7-7:20pm. You can choose to participate in either or both main sets, with the boxing session finishing at 7:50pm. Do you want to join in for the boxing component? Please email tim.karajas@gmail.com to arrange your 1 to 1 introductory session before you join the main group (no cost). We request a $5-$10 donation per session. $10 if you participate in the whole thing; $5 if you do half of the session. This can be paid in cash on the night or via EFT. The bank details come out in the weekly text message. The funds go to Nyoongar Outreach Services (supporting their return to country program), the Highgate Primary School P&C and to meeting some of the costs of providing equipment for the sessions.
