To all followers of LifeCare Phoenix and our loyal clients.
It is with regret I have to inform you all that the doors to our Spearwood Practice closed in February.
However, we have merged with LifeCare Cockburn which is conveniently located at the Cockburn ARC and LifeCare Fremantle on the corner of Wray Avenue and Hampton Road. Both are bigger, more modern and better equipped than Phoenix and offer more services such as Women's/pelvic health, pilates and GLAD classes. They are also only around 10 minutes away from Spearwood.
Michael Rogers has moved to Cockburn and Grace Monkhurst has moved to Fremantle.
The Phoenix phone lines have been diverted, alternatively people can call Cockburn directly on 9417 3733 or Fremantle on 9335 7733.
We hope all our valued clients will follow us to our new locations where we will continue to provide the high standard of service people have come to expect.
