Working 4 weeks on and 1 week off in the Western Australian mining industry I started to question life. I had so much time to myself I started to lose my mind. I experienced the longest and loneliest time in my life.
It affected my health and mental well being. I retreated from the world and drank excessively. I was lonely and desperately sought companionship.
The money I was earning, the time off and the holidays were incredible. However I smiled on the outside and felt lost on the inside.
This pain and lack of direction forced me to seek help. I was not broken, I just needed more answers, more structure, guidance, coaching and tips in all areas of life but I was afraid to admit that.
The help I sought however turned out to be my greatest PASSION and my life’s PURPOSE. I found a calling so strong I changed my whole life direction . To do something meaningful. To help workers just like me gain more CONFIDENCE, CONTROL and DIRECTION.
