What a quick year it’s been.
Such a beautiful way to wrap up the year with our final December meditation walk.

Your most welcome to join us, have a think over your Christmas plans while you walk towards the new year.

This will be the final 2025 meditation.

Look forward to seeing you all there and of course anyone new is welcome to join.

We can meet in Zoie’s for a coffee after. And most likely a beautiful morning for a swimw. 🏊‍♀️

We will go a bit earlier given as things are heating up. ☀️
If it suits everyone we can meet around 6:45am at the Amphitheatre and set out.

Hyrox Perth done ✅ First time competing.
Thank you to all the team at Shredded. Time 1 hr 37 min. Most enjoyable training and getting ready for this event. The time will definitely be a benchmark for improvement. I let fitness slip a lot over recent years. Forgetting to prioritise movement. Even in preparation I got very sick as I was pushing the body. However group fitness, team training and Chris B as an excellent leader and trainer where all key inspirations to get back at it and to keep going.

Wow 24/25 season is a wrap.
We were the last patrolling team for the season and it was a beautiful day to finish on.☀️ 🏖️ 😎
Also marking 10 years at the Scarboro Surf Life Saving Club.
Much love ❤️ to this incredible organisation. Never met so many wonderful people in one place.
All committed to helping in some way. Helping people in drama in the water. Helping a mate in drama. Helping the youths develop there skills in the water. Helping the adults develop there skils in the water😅.
Helping out around the club.
Helping prepare for Sunday club day.
Helping putting on an event.
Whatever the role, all volunteers do the very best they can every time they show up. Always willing to help out.

To Chris Belinda Kuster Kuster. Patrol captain, trainer & assessor, your commitment to the club and training all the up and coming member’s is inspiring. Thank for your relentless and commited leadership all season. 🙏
Both you and Bel do so much. From the pictures as you can see Xavier has grown quite a lot. 😅

This club has been my home here in Western Australia and I’m very grateful to be part of it and have the ability to give back to the community.
And I know you’re the home for so many other people.
It was a pleasure to sign off for 2025.

That’s a wrap for the 2024 volunteer Life Saving season on the Scarborough beach 🏖️

Winter is coming 🥶. 😂 not really gonna be that cold. So happy to be involved and work with such beautiful people. All taking their time out to help another. Ready to assist when needed.
Thank you Patrol Captain Chris Kuster the time you spend training all of us and doing other activities at the club is inspiring. Thank you for all that you do pleasure to be part of your team. 🙏❤️🏖️

3 countries in 3 weeks 🇹🇭🇵🇭🇲🇾
EFT(emotional freedom technique) course completed in Phuket, Thailand 🇹🇭
Meeting up with Maria Fernanda Escalante Guerrero ❤️in Manila, Philippines 🇵🇭 x
And an unexpected day in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia 🇲🇾 due to flight disruption during the Chinese 🇨🇳 New Year celebrations.

Epic busy trip of learning EFT !!!!,
Meeting the beautiful Maria after our tour in South America 🇺🇸. First time seeing each other after 6 months.
Renting a scooter 🛵 to travel around Manila was insane 🤯 !! The craziest driving experience ive ever encountered. The most busiest roads and busiest traffic in one of the busiest cities in the world 🌍.
Thankfully, we got down south of the city to see some beautiful countryside. Our time in Kuala Lumpur was also brilliant seeing the twin towers and seeing some other nice spots in the city.
Great to be back in Perth with Maria.
To the next chapter in life I am thrilled ☺️🥰.
