The NDIS promised you choice and control. It didn't mention the missed visits, the unanswered calls, and the gaps you'd end up filling yourself.
The gap between what the NDIS promised and what it actually delivered isn't your fault. It's what happens when a system with good intentions gets delivered by providers who treat participants as a billing line.
You shouldn't have to chase. You shouldn't have to cover. You shouldn't have to fill gaps in support you're already funded for.
