Chakra + Sound Balance is a practice which can help restore the natural flow of energy to your body, mind and spirit with Reiki, and use of various techniques to align your energy centres, which can sometimes include the use of crystals, sound, tuning folks and solfreggio frequencies. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you.

Usui Reiki is an Ancient Japanese healing technique of channeling "universal life force energy" through means on hands on touch, activating the natural healing processes of the clients body to restore physical, mental and emotional well-being.
Assisting you to a huge range of health benefits, as the theory goes, “stuck energy” can lead to pain, illness and dis-ease.
Essentially, Reiki is applied to get your natural vitality, energy juices flowing and restore you to state of peace and calm.
All sessions are Intuitively guided and led.

~GUIDANCE + SHADOW WORK SESSION~. I create and hold a safe and nurturing space for my clients to heal triggers, old beliefs and programming, clear ancestral patterns, inner child support, trauma and past lives. �As you arrive we have a brief conversation about your goals for the session and target key Intentions of your desired outcomes. From there you will lay down under a weighted blanket- so you instantly feel secure and nurtured. Reiki applied and scripted healings are read out so your subconscious mind takes what it requires. I’m intuitively guided and given messages that are received and given to you. Quantum Heartspace healings are used to quickly and efficiently remove tiggers and trapped emotions.
