Sometimes food needs sauce. Sure, there’s ketchup, catsup, tomahto, tomayto and brown sauce. But what if you wanna be uplifted by your saucy condiment. Well, BBQ sauce is your friend in the pantry. Some BBQ sauces deliver a mere 20g of sugar per 100g, but some of the bolder variety can smash out 35g per 100g. Get a soss roll, spray it with BBQ, have a double shot coffee and away you go! We saw these sparkling beauties at Aldi for 5 bux per 2 litres.
