🚘 The Car Office. It’s key to me getting things done between all the other things going on.
And I know I’m not alone!!
It’s great.
It’s convenient.
It’s flexible.
But it’s also important to remember to take a moment for you whilst in the middle of the chaos that is often occurring, which is why you are in the car office in the first place 🙈
Top 3️⃣ ways to remember to say yes to you whilst in the car office …
🚘 Remember your water bottle … and actually remember to drink some water not just carry around a heavy bottle that is full 🤦🏻♀️
🚘 Take a moment to close your eyes and breathe. Put your timer on for 2 minutes. Close those eyes and breathe. Slow and deep. Reset. It doesn’t take long and will make such a difference to your head space.✨
🚘 Be realistic! You will likely not be as productive in the car office so be kind to yourself and your stress levels and don’t plan too much, or important things that require a lot of mental energy when possible. Tick some easy things off your to do list …. Like a social media post 🙋🏻♀️
