☕️ So many chats about coffee intake this week!
My intake crept up during study and all the normal life things in May and June so I am consciously making an effort now to decrease it 👌🏻and consume it in a way my body likes a bit more.
My big two rules?
✅You must have breakfast (preferably with protein) before your coffee. Ideally with some water too but let’s not go too crazy 😂
✅Coffee after 10am and before 2pm
That way it doesnt screw around with your cortisol so much (empty stomache will do this!), your body can process it better, and you aren’t having it too late so hopefully it won’t impact your sleep quality
Atleast I’m not telling you that you can’t have it at all 😂
😳Do you think you could do these couple of things so that you can enjoy coffee and your body will like it a bit more?
