Had the incredible opportunity last weekend to work behind the scenes with elite UFC athletes as they prepared for one of the biggest moments of their careers.

As a physio specialising in BJJ and combat sports, it was a privilege to help support these high-level professionals with treatment and performance preparation at the highest level.

Seeing firsthand the discipline, focus, and professionalism that goes into fight week was something special. They were incredible humans too.
