Last week, the Inside Out team got together for our annual professional development day. This included an interesting session from DSF on Specific Learning Disorders, and Jess, our Manager of Specialist Services, shared her knowledge on motor planning and coordination. We wrapped things up with some golf, nibbles & drinks at our local driving range- a great way to end the day!

Tahli is a warm and dedicated Occupational Therapist with more than two years of experience supporting neurodivergent children and adolescents. Originally from Queensland, she loves Thai food and enjoys exploring new places in her spare time 😀

We are delighted to welcome Jess to our team. Jess brings over 8 years of experience supporting young children and their families.

Outside of work, Jess loves Japanese cuisine and has travelled to more than 50 countries!

As part of our therapy training program, two of our Senior OTs, Sophie and Natalie, ran a session today on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). A wonderful evidence-based approach to support clients to develop skills to create a rich and meaningful life, even in the presence of difficult thoughts/ feelings.
