I have been massaging for 14 + years and was also employed at Fremantle Football Club for 7 years as a Remedial Masseur/Game day Sports Trainer. Have since been doing sports Massage with other teams such as perth Lynx, Perth Wildcats and Perth Glory. I have a Diploma in Remedial Massage which covers a lot of different modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports Massage, Manual Lymph Drainage and Myofascial Release. COSTS:

I am a member of AAMT which allows you to claim rebates if you have massage coverage with your health funds.

This gorgeous girl most of you know as my niece Miss Alecia Grace, and as some of of you know she is our warrior princess. Born 3 months early and then shortly after diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy.

But with early intervention she continues to grow, blossom and surprise us all with her progress. We are all so proud of her!

She has just completed her 2nd 6 week block of Intensive walking therapy to help her become more independent as she grows.

STEPtember month raises money to help families just like ours get the help they need including more research into CP, assistant technologies and services.

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of working with the Women’s Australian WaterPolo team provided soft tissue therapy support while they were here for a training camp and warm up games against USA and Italy in preparation for the World championships in Singapore.

They won both those friendlies and have just finished top of their pool (no pun intended) and made it straight through to qrt finals which start tomorrow 19th July.

As most of you know This is where I am spending all my weekends through the winter. On the sidelines of the NBL1 west. Looking after the teams.

So just a reminder my Friday afternoon and Saturday morning appointments are very limited. Especially as we head into June.
Currently Friday afternoons are booked out until 11th July with Saturdays booked through until 26th July.

So please think about prebooking your appointments so you don’t miss out.

Every day going to work for the past 18 years trying to make a difference.

The passion for that keep my going on those long days. Running a small business definitely isn’t a walk in the park but it is oh so rewarding especially when it’s been this long running! It’s not lost on me how lucky I am!

Another year and countless more games of strapping, massaging, wins, losses, another grand final appearance and smelling like deep heat.

To be honest this year threw some curve balls that I didn’t expect and it was tough sometimes but I’m so proud of how I handled them.

Once again a pleasure to wear the navy blue with the team I grew up watching as a kid and playing as a teenager/20s.

So thank you to the teams and for having me onboard once again for season 2024!
