In today's West Australian, UWA researcher Dr Andrew Haynes looking at how exercise can effect plaque build up on artery walls. Dr Haynes said that blood vessel disease often started in the first few decades of life and silently progressed until middle or older age when it cause heart attacks or strokes.

When you (metaphorically) peel back the skin and take a look inside the body as we do, we are astounded by the amount of people who present as a 'normal' weight but have the inner workings of a morbidly obese person. Sadly, it's so much more common than you think.
Even if you think everything is okay, you're not overweight, and you feel relatively fine you still may have a less than optimal body composition doing you damage that you don't even know about yet.
