Manage It is a plan management agency that supports Australians living with disabilities to understand their NDIS funding and how to spend it in accordance with their plan, NDIS rules and guidelines. Manage It was founded as a response to a need in the sector for technology and services to assist in the transition from organisation managed funding and services to shared and self managed services and funding. By developing flexible tools and useful resources that allow for this to be carried out in practice, Manage It envisages that the values and principles behind its foundations will be met. Manage It’s values and guiding principles include:

• Meeting the goals and aspirations for each individual it supports by providing the level of control and assistance that they desire,
• Always maintaining a person-centred approach, keeping the individuality of each client in mind when setting up a solution for them,
• Providing as much freedom and control as possible for each individual,
• Ensuring that the tools and solutions provided will assist in facilitating a good life for each individual,
• Remaining positive and inclusive in all interactions with individuals, their families, and their wider support networks,
• Aiming for positive outcomes in the planning and implementation stages of service provision,
• Encouraging individuals to gradually take more control over their lives through the tools and solutions the company develops,
• Promoting the above mentioned values and principles to other service providers and organisations that implement the products developed by Manage It in their services
