Hi everyone

As the situation continues to evolve we have been reviewing updated advice by the Health Department regularly.

At this stage the clinic will continue as normal.

However, please be patient with us as more than usual we need to ensure every surface is disinfected thoroughly after every client. This includes the usual spraying/ cleaning of chairs and mopping of floors, but additionally touched surfaces such as the EFTPOS terminal, door handles, pens etc.

We ask that you assist us in the following precautions

-Wash/ sanitise hands before and after therapy. Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 30 seconds and drying thoroughly. This can be done in the bathrooms adjacent to our clinic, or if you forget please kindly let us know and use our sink.

-Please advise if you have been overseas and interstate as we need to suspend your appointment for at least a fortnight. Similarly, if you are in touch with a person with suspected or confirmed case of Covid-19, please advise us for rescheduling.

-If you are unwell, please call us to reschedule your appointment. You will not be charged a ‘Did not attend’ fee.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Kindest regards

Pulse Podiatry
