The great Natural Law of Recuperation demands that every living creature gets a sufficient amount of rest and sleep. This is vital to facilitate the creation of health in the body.

There are three aspects to this natural law, 1) adequate REST, 2) adequate SLEEP, and 3) RECREATION.

Spending time at the ocean is a great way to adhere to this natural law. This morning I was able to sneak in a quick 20 minutes on the beach. That was enough to leave me feeling like I’ve been on holiday and fully charged for my day!!
