“I’ve been looking through some photos and just wanted to share one and say thank you for putting up with my inconsistent arse for over a year now. I’ve just hit 40 and been the healthiest and fittest version of me I’ve ever been. I haven’t stuck to the plan 100% but, I’ve made ALOT of healthy life style choices, being more conscious of what I put in my body, stopped consuming alcohol like I did, going from 3 - 4 drinks a night to maybe 1 or 2 a fortnight. I set out with a goal of being confident without a shirt on, am I there, no, but I’m atleast 13kgs lighter and feeling better than ever. Cheers for doing your thing. Can’t wait to keep this inconsistent train ride going 🤣🙌💪”

Things to note 📝
▪️You don’t have to be perfect to achieve results, you just have to be consistent
▫️Reframe the way you look at health and fitness and dig deep into why you want to change your life
▪️Understand that these new habits and behaviours has to become part of your daily life
▫️And if it doesn’t or you don’t view it that way, you won’t last and consequently revert back to your old self
