In WA, under the Human Reproductive Technology Act 1991, individuals must be diagnosed with infertility or have a medical condition that prevents conception to be eligible for IVF - and that includes embryo freezing.
Egg freezing is different. You can be completely fertile and still choose to freeze your eggs. However, to use those eggs later in WA, you must show that you’ve tried and failed to conceive naturally.
