I threw these Quick Quiches together in between clients this morning - Super quick and easy to make especially if your time poor - 10mins max and straight into the oven.
Crustless Tuna and Corn Quiche and I used Fresh Herbs from my Herb garden 💚
(Great also if you have any leftover veggies or meat in the fridge to use up too)
I doubled the below recipe to make 2 Quiches

4 eggs
1 cup cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup self-raising flour
2 spring onion stems, sliced
125g tin sweetcorn kernels, drained
425g tin tuna in brine, drained
1 cup grated cheese
Season with fresh herbs and any spices you have - I used Peri Peri spices

① Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Grease a quiche dish.

② In a medium bowl whisk the eggs, cream, and milk Add the flour, corn, spring onions, tuna and cheese. Stir to combine.

③ Pour into the dish, and bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.

I’m looking forward to enjoying some tonight with salad for dinner 🥗 😋

Now my last client to see 👋 before I clean up and pop all my towels into the wash

Wishing you all a fantastic weekend ahead! ☀️🌷🌼🌷

I'm grateful for clients like Ness, who I had the pleasure of welcoming back after three years. Her return was a highlight of my very busy week, and I'm thrilled to have played a part in improving her neck mobility. She’s been working long FIFO hours for many months and it’s taken its toll on her body. Now she’s prioritising her health and well being.

Ness's kindness and generosity extended beyond her session, as she gifted me a beautiful wine glass and treated Laura to a bag of Schmackos 🐶🐾💕
She will see me again next week for another session before she flies back to work.

So happy you can enjoy beautiful birthday celebrations this year.

I gifted Kerry a gorgeous Kangaroo Paw native plant to pop near her outdoor fish pond.

And I gifted to my client Kat for her new gorgeous puppy some treats and this cute ‘Sparkling Woof’ toy 😝🍾💖🐾🐶 (Us girls love our Sparkling’s 😜🍾)

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month - I’m so very grateful to be called a Survivor 🩷
And helping future people by being part of a clinical trial

Please get your mammogram scheduled in, it could save your life💗

I had my routinely 2 year mammogram when changes had been detected since my first one. Imagine if I hadn’t gone for my routine mammogram- and in my case it was only the MRI that detected the second cancer growing in my chest wall - as my dense breast tissue couldn’t detect with mammogram.

Did you know that increased breast density can affect the accuracy of mammogram reporting because it's harder to see the cancer?
Cancers, glandular tissue and connective tissue all appear as white on a mammogram, making early detection difficult.
Research shows that higher breast density not only can mask cancers in mammograms but is also a risk factor for developing breast cancer.

As always, if you have questions or concerns about your risk of breast cancer, including breast density or family history, speak to your GP right away. Early detection is the key

💗1 in 7 women will be diagnosed in their lifetime with breast cancer

💗Sadly, 8 women will lose their battle with breast cancer in Australia every day

💗These women are our mothers, daughters, sisters and friends.

Breast cancer doesn’t discriminate.

It doesn’t respect age, gender, race, ethnicity, socio-economic status or a healthy life style.

The worst words to hear “you have cancer” !!!!! This was me.

I’m so grateful to be here today and helping future people by being part of a new clinical trial - which is trialing a new drug which has hopefully less side effects and to keep the brutal beast away.

Breast cancer can happen to anyone, any age and it doesn’t discriminate. Early detection saves life’s.

October is breast cancer awareness month and I’m here -

✨Supporting the fighters - to my friends out there still fighting the fight - I’m sending you my love and prayers 🙏💗
✨Admiring the survivors. I have met some inspirational survivors out there.
✨Honouring the taken. Too many beautiful souls taken by this brutal disease.
✨And never ever giving up hope for a cure and a future with no cancer in this world 🙏
