Why I combine Yoga Therapy and Sports Physiotherapy - because this is what is possible:
Tom Brady, who's been called the greatest quarterback in NFL history, is still (at almost-40) at the peak of his game, surrounded by 20 year-olds.
He is defying the aging process with a unique combination of yoga, meditation, resistance band workouts, 'brain-gym' type exercises and clean (usually vegan) eating. He also forgoes the usual NFL fitness / weights regime and most of their medical care, including excessive reliance on anti-inflammatories and cortisone injections, and appears to be still improving with age.
