EMOTIONS AND YOGA
+ As we practice the discipline of yoga, the benefits of dealing with our emotions is immense.
+ The corrective yoga movements, the Asanas, the sequencing and the breath often take us where we don’t want to go, in a nourished and supported way. It can be strong, and many times a bit confronting! We learn in time this is part of the process.
+ In Autumn, (The Metal Element) through the Japanese Yoga Method (in the Oki do Yoga tradition) we work through old grief, sadness and continue to build inspiration and aspiration in daily life. Perfect!! Helping us let go of what we no longer need, physically, emotionally and maybe even spiritually :).
