CYCLES AND TRANSITIONS

LATE SUMMER…
We are just moving through Late Summer and into Autumn.
+ Late Summer is considered a fifth season corresponding to the Earth element.
+ It represents a bridge between expansion (summer) and contraction (autumn), focusing on stability, nourishment, and grounding.
+ We look to bring great support to the digestive system, ongoing stability, steady health and wellbeing maintenance and consistency.
+ Gentle and strong backbends depending on everyone’s “different” body type can help a lot for metabolism, nourishment and satiety 💕.
+ So good to work through the seasonal changes with Japanese therapeutic Yoga. An individual approach. 🧘‍♂️

Tooth and Organ Health
It’s interesting to think that there is a connection between our organ health, the health of our teeth teeth, and our spinal health too!
+ I guess if we believe that there are interrelationships in our body, emotions and our mind - I guess it makes sense.
+ Pretty cool, I think!
+ So, there's a lovely bonus as we do the meridian based yoga, which is the Japanese Yoga discipline we are supporting health in many ways.
