Help with eating, weight, body image
We have a particular interest in helping people improve their relationship with eating and food, or improving their body image. We support people who under eat or restrict food including dieting, those who comfort eat, those who over eat or binge eat, and those who have a combination of disordered eating patterns, such as bingeing then restricting. We use evidence-based therapies such as CBT- eating disorders, Health At Every Size and Intuitive Eating. We also work with people who have anxiety, depression and a range of other concerns using mindfulness based therapies. We see teens and parents, adults and families.
