๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฝ๐: Place a blanket under your knees. You can also roll it under your ankles. For nervous system support, use a bolster under the torso. You can raise it on blocks for a steeper ramp. If you have two bolsters, straddle one or place it between the calves and hips. This takes pressure off the knees and makes the shape more restorative, which helps downregulate and nourish. Rest your forehead on a cushion or blanket placed on a block to keep your head neutral.
๐๐ฑ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐: If you turn your head to one side, try switching direction halfway. You can hug the bolster with your arms or bring them back behind you.
