Awake, Sober & Coming Back to My Soul✨❤️

It’s been a journey… years in the making, lifetimes unfolding.

This past year, something cracked open deeper. I’ve been coming home to my body, layer by layer, breath by breath—with the support of two somatic therapists, a whole lot of courage, and a willingness to finally stop running from myself.

Motherhood. Grief. Pleasure. Purpose. Shadow. Sensuality. It’s all been alive inside me. And I’ve been learning how to hold it all without losing myself.

Returning to Blazing Swan after 8 years is like walking back into the fire that once cracked me open… but this time, Im not there to escape—I am there to be seen!✨🔥👑

Sober. Awake. Alive.
