Hi Everyone,
Our gun running physio Kate Bunten wanted to share this offering for anyone in the Darch community who might be keen to start running now that the weather is getting good!
This group program is perfect for anyone who is starting out running or returning to running after a long break or injury and wanting some guidance, community and accountability. Any age and ability welcome!
The program will start of with a running specific assessment and goal setting. I will be leading weekly small group running-specific strength sessions at Darch Physio to help reduce injury risk and improve performance. You can also opt in for a personalised running program & home strength training program to supplement your training!
