Overweight

Out of breath

Joints aching constantly

I hid behind elastic pants and oversized dresses. Iā€™d dodge cameras, or force people to take photos from the chest up just to hide the truth.

But the truth wasā€”I wasnā€™t just hiding from the cameraā€¦ I was hiding from myself.

Here is me after losing all my weight (121 lbs) can you imagine carrying that much weight around - have you ever tried to carry something that heavy?

The plus side is more energy, no sore joints, no more out of breath walking up stairs, more self confidence blah blah blah.

Feels like a new lease of life...love you guys lets all get healthy šŸ„°šŸ„°ā¤ļøšŸ©·šŸ§”
