Privileged to host an R U Ok? Day stand at Aegis Shorehaven today to raise awareness of conversations to have every day- particularly with our health care staff, resident’s families and older adult mental health. Thank you for allowing Sage to facilitate some of these conversations and awarenesses 🌿

Update one! We are excited, full of anticipation and also acknowledging with bittersweetness that our lovely Sophia is taking a break to prepare for and then enjoy her new little person coming into the world ✨ We are so lucky to have Sophia on our team and look forward to adding to it with her little one!

It’s been a busy couple of weeks here at Sage! I attended Tina Champagne’s Trauma Informed Care and Sensory Approaches Masterclass in Sydney. As the only WA OT in attendance, I’m excited to bring this to our practice in clinical, teaching and consulting roles 😊
I then presented to WA OTs the following week, training again CBT from an OT perspective.
We have more exciting news to share in the next 2 weeks, so look forward to updating this space! 🌿

I am so excited to share with you that Sarah has now achieved her endorsement as a mental health OT servicing the Karratha area! She also offers Telehealth services with a special interest in parental mental health. Thankful to be her supervisor and continue to be excited about her journey!! Congratulations Sarah!!
