Join us for two fun-filled days of learning, collaboration, and confidence building activities designed to help youth workers, nurses, counsellors, and others who work with young people provide information and support to young people on consent, respectful relationships and s*xual health.

Participants gain skills to:
⭐ Create a safe space for young people to talk about respectful relationships, consent and s*xual health
⭐ Utilise a human rights, strengths based, s*x positive approach
⭐ Provide current information about s*xual health
⭐ Provide appropriate support and referrals

Participants are also invited to attend an optional third day, Nuts and Bolts PLUS. N&B Plus is an opportunity to hear from sector experts on contemporary issues in s*xual and reproductive health. With guest speakers, a youth sector panel, and resources and referrals, N&B Plus supports workers to ensure currency in their work with young people.

Attended Nuts & Bolts in the past? Previous participants receive a discount for N&B Plus.

SHQ can also work with organisations to create bespoke training that suits their needs.
