Hi, I’m Melanie

I am an experienced Kinesiologist with a passion for helping my clients release as much stress as possible during a session.

Did you know that your body has an innate wisdom to heal itself? You see the healing process take effect any time you injure yourself.

Over the course of a few sessions as more and more stress is released from the body my clients are claiming back their inherent bodily guidance system, they are listening to their body and finding a greater sense of balance and wellness.

Kinesiology is a non-invasive complimentary healing modality.

During a session you remain fully clothed. I detect small changes in muscle tone that along with touching different acupoints on your body shows me where and why you may be holding stress in your body.

Kinesiology uses relatively quick techniques to help you reduce the stress we have found.

If you can imagine walking around all day with tense shoulder muscles due to stress, then you can imagine how much more energy you will have available to you when those shoulders are in a relaxed state.
