"We are talking about words and using words to change your mind and your world, so it is very important to make the note here that words without action have no meaning - saying saying saying, and the words become meaningless. Have you ever chosen a word and just repeated it endlessly? You will soon find the mind questioning if it’s spelt right, if it sounds right, if it is even the right word at all?

Words endlessly said to self or other without any of the emotion, action or feeling attached to them become meaningless sound drivel that have no power. This is often the reason that affirmations don’t imprint and seem to have no result, they are just rote repeated and have no sensation to them. Words need action, emotion and engagement to create change!"
