I have been teaching Yoga for 8 years, and practising for almost 20 years. I first started practicing Yoga regularly and for many years as a teenager at The Yoga Studio in Coffs Harbour, Australia. My training took place in beautiful Ubud, Bali, with Louisa Sear, Emil Wendel and several other world renowned teachers of Yoga Arts, Byron Bay, Australia. I then went on to teach Yoga for several years

on The Gold Coast before relocating to London, England from 2007- 2012, where I taught Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Hatha and Pilates to all levels and age groups. I could be found teaching and running workshops at world renowned Yoga studios; Triyoga in Primrose Hill, Soho and Chelsea, Evolve Wellness Centre in South Kensington, Jiva Health in Wimbledon, Virgin Active Health Clubs and many more studios, clubs and even schools all over London. My classes are structured to meet the needs of all students from beginners through to advanced. I incorporate music, dynamic or restorative sequencing, depending on the class style, core stability, correct alignment and use of breath. As well as teaching Yoga and Pilates in Australia and England I have also taught Yoga in Hong Kong and ran Yoga retreats in Turkey and Egypt and am now very excited to be teaching here in Perth. Hello hello 👋 it’s been a while since I posted on here but FB is telling me I’m getting a lot of views so I thought best to update. All is well, I’ve relocated East again after closing my beloved Sun Moon studio. I’m slowing working on a home studio space inbetween nurturing my human babies. Both furbabies Bear & Bodhi are well and as beautiful as ever. I’m doing online classes and have taught a few sessions but am mainly focusing on my spin off baby business. I’m currently studying paediatric sleep and development (zero cry it out) and prenatal massage. Please do follow me here or say hi any time 😀
