Hey everyone

Just letting you know that I return from my Safari Yoga retreats later in the week and will back on the mat teaching class this coming Saturday (14th) morning 8:30am.

Class will resume normal timetable Monday 6:30pm, Tuesday 6:15pm, Wednesday 9:15am and Saturday 8:30am from the 16th September.

A big thanks to all the teachers that filled in while I was away and for all of you that attended the classes.

Hope that you are well and not missing me too much!!

I’ve been having the most amazing time as always here on safari retreat.

Just wanted to give you a heads up that 7th September is the annual sheep manure sale at the church so it would be greatly appreciated if you could either park on the verge out front of the church or in the spaces to the south side.

Hey Yoga family.

So the count down to the end of this first round of retreats has begun with just five days left! It’s been yet another amazing few weeks with some pretty spectacular sightings. A big thanks to all the adventurers that have come along and as always to Needles Lodge for their friendliness warmth, hospitality and great food.

I will be back on the mat Saturday 15th 8:30am to resume classes and normal timetable starting from Monday 17th 6:30pm.
