Chaos can exist around us… but we decide on what pulls us out of our centre.

I (Tully) re-designed my Ashfield studio last night and sh*ttt did I feel that deep exhale move through my whole system 😍
Breath dropped, shoulders softened and joy felt warm in my chest.

I paused - because even as attuned as I am, I hadn’t realised how much I’d been holding under the surface till that moment.

🌬️ There’s more space now.

To move around and create with my sound bowls.
To actually hear myself.
To allow myself to release the over-functioning and settle deeper into steadiness, clarity and resonance.
