I’ve been practicing yoga and meditation for 20 years, slowly weaving together the threads that now shape the way I support others.
In my 20s I qualified & worked as a Personal Trainer, learning how the body moves, adapts and heals. I didn’t know it then, but everything since has been guiding me toward Yoga Therapy.
Continuing my journey, I’ve trained in — and worked deeply with —

💚 Trauma‑sensitive, therapeutic approaches

📚 Buddhist study & practice for 15+ years
My Buddhist practice quietly informs the way I hold space — with compassion, presence, non‑harm and deep respect for each person’s lived experience.
All of these modalities now come together as I continue my C‑IAYT Yoga Therapy training, supporting myself and others in a way that honours the whole person — body, mind, nervous system and spirit.
These practices aren’t separate threads anymore — they’ve become one woven path. A way of holding space that is gentle, therapeutic and deeply human. My intention is simply to share what I’ve learned, and to support others in finding steadiness, clarity and connection within themselves.
I’ve never really shared the full picture of my training, and it feels like the right time to honour the path that brought me here 🙌
