🥜🥜Peanut butter 🥜🥜 lovers this one is for you. These are TO DIE FOR. Make them immediately!! And while you’re there make some peanut butter from scratch too .. so super simple cheap & easy!! 🍪 🍪

PS I reduced the sugar by a third … will probably have it next time.. still sweet for me!

Steamed Ginger Pudding 🫚

Made by my other half this eve. This is a very special recipe in his family as it is a childhood favourite that evokes many special memories of his much loved and dearly departed mum. This cookidoo recipe is very similar (sultanas are not in our OG version) The perfect winter dessert for cold evenings like tonight. 💕

🍝🍝 FRESH PASTA 🍝🍝 thank you to my beautiful daughter who made fresh pasta today. We had it two ways.. one with skinnymixers chunky bolognaise and the other with butter, freshly grated Parmesan and lots of black pepper. Simply the best! 🇮🇹
