I have been writing since I was a little girl who had a locked diary. Remember those?

I have hundreds of journals filled with my challenges, insights, experiences, hopes, dreams, messages from my spirit guides and higher self.

I find the end of the year a perfect time to:

❤️Reflect
❤️Release and Integrate
❤️Be grateful for all I experienced.

I am always in awe of how I feel after doing this process.

There is so much power in writing down your insights, your growth, what you are ready to release. Plus all that you love and are grateful for within yourself, your relationships, experiences and life.

Now that I feel clear and lighter, I have booked a Bodytalk session to help shift and balance what I’m not conscious of.

Preparing the way for Creating with Clarity. The next step in my process to set my intentions.

To ask myself, “Where do I want to direct my attention, focus, energy and time in 2026? “ It’s a great starting point.

I have discovered that setting goals and New Year’s resolutions don’t work for me.

I now reset often daily, weekly and monthly to keep that intention energy strong.

Flexibility is key and as life unfolds, we can easily reset and change our focus and intention.

We had a wonderful 7 days exploring Hong Kong.
It was awesome catching up with old Ansett friends and having lots of giggles and great time’s with friends through Geoff’s work.

This morning I reflected on our awesome holiday and how happy I was to be home. (Especially with all the Jacaranda trees in flower)

I must admit I have an equal love and gratitude for:

❤️ The excitement and fun of travelling with loved ones.

❤️ The peace and comfort of being at home.

My soul works best when I have the combination of both.

I am looking forward to being back at work tomorrow, I am fully booked. I still have 4 days of work in the clinic before Christmas.
