Welcome to Milk and Nourish!

We are two mums with a love for food and baking. We strongly believe that a Mum should not only feel comfortable while breastfeeding but also have the confidence to continue.

Being a Mum is one of the best things in the world but it does have it’s challenges. We hope to support Mums to thrive in this busy modern world.

Our journey started in April 2017 making delicious cookies for Mums. 6 months after launching our cookies we added two more products to our range, Cookie Mixes and Mummy Boosters. We are all about making it easy and convenient for Mums.

We aim to source the best ingredients to nourish your body so you can focus on the most important thing, this wonderful tiny little human you created.
