🌺Bucket list Hawaii for my 50th with my two boys and did two incredible things parasailing with my son over Waikiki Beach and snorkelling with manta rays at night time where they brush up against you

Hearing these words from the women on retreat leaves me feeling so deeply blessed🥹

To have guided them there.
To have held the space.
To have shared tools I use in my own life for the moments when things feel heavy or uncertain or to expand and evolve.

Energetics.
Embodiment.
Cycles and archetypes.
All woven through the magic of ancient lands that remember us especially Greece 🇬🇷

For some, this was their first overseas trip.
For others, their first time in Greece.
Everything was carefully curated so they could relax, trust, and simply experience.

Watching it all unfold in real life warmed my heart more than I can explain 🙌

This energy guides me to do this work and to know I’m following a path that’s meant for me. To lead women overseas to really truly see themselves, be safe in their bodies and expansive in their minds, joy in their hearts to give themselves permission where ever they are at

🌀I was talking about this recently at an event
because so many women don’t realise this:

Your body isn’t designed to live at the same pace all the time.

🌸Nature shows us this clearly.
Summer is abundance, growth, momentum , everything is active.
Winter is rest, reflection, and restoration.
Autumn is the letting go the grief, the shedding, the release.
Spring is That gentle rising again into fertile times.

Your body works the same way.
Your energy works the same way.

🩸Your monthly cycle has seasons.
Your bleed is a winter a time to slow down.
And menopause? Is a death and rebirth portal ☠️
That’s a whole new season of life one that asks for truth, clarity, and a different kind of power.

This year I stopped wondering
and started choosing.
I backed myself.
I shared my voice.
I led an overseas retreat even before I felt ready✈️
