I spent years handing my power to people who had no idea where I was going.

This week isn’t asking you to go harder. It’s showing you what can’t go forward with you.

The energy is chaotic and passionate and driven all at once.

BUT I’m so done watching women floor it when they don’t even know where they’re going. And when the road bump hits? They plaster through it. Keep moving. Pretend it didn’t crack something.
That’s not strength. That’s avoidance.

This week I felt the rage, the heartache, the joy and the parts of me I’d been keeping quiet. I didn’t manage it. I moved it.

THAT is what grounds you. Knowing every single side of yourself so that when the energy hits and it WILL hit - you don’t lose yourself in it.

She needed to be seen today.
Not coached. Not healed. Not fixed.
Just seen, felt , heard and to be safe to express.
So I turned the music up, set up the tripod and let her out.

The teenage girl who felt everything too deeply. Who loved hard and got her heart broken and still showed up to every moment fully alive.
She didn’t need a walk. She needed Every Rose Has Its Thorn at full volume in her lounge room.

This is what I teach, it’s who I AM
Not a method. Not a system.
This.
Going back for the parts of you that got left behind.
The teenager. The child. The woman who used to take up space without apology.
She’s still there.
