It’s a time to create awareness, honor the millions of lives affected by breast cancer.

Here’s how you can perform breast self-examination:

Look for changes in size, shape, or skin.
Touch & feel – for lumps or thickening.
If you notice an abnormal lump, seek medical care—even if the lump doesn’t hurt.

If something feels off—even if it doesn’t hurt—talk to a doctor.

Meet Dr Peter Chapman, Chiropractor

Dr Chapman has had 25 years experience as a chiropractor. He initially started out in private practice and after a few years combined this with supervision of chiropractic students. He went into lecturing in clinical chiropractic in 2007 whilst remaining in part time practice.

Dr Chapman's experience in both private practice and lecturing has provided him with many opportunities to assist with a wide variety of health issues.

Dr Chapman is available every Wednesday for consultations.
