Through the practice of meditation, gentle yoga and simple mindfulness exercises you can slow down and unwind from everyday stresses. Dedicating just a small fraction of time on a regular basis to self-care can have a significant impact on your overall wellbeing. And while it’s hard

to prioritise it when you have so many other items on your to-do list, self-care is an essential aspect of stress management. I hope my sessions will help you create your own calm place within you where you can feel peaceful, balanced and more connected with yourself. All sessions are run in Perth.
