Ramadan Mubarak from the Carenect Family
I can’t believe it has been 12 months since last Ramadan. Time has certainly flown by, and I now find myself with mixed emotions, knowing that this blessed month will eventually come to an end. May Allah accept our fasting and good deeds. Let us continue to be the best versions of ourselves and strive to make the world a better place.
As I welcome Ramadan, I also want to inform my NDIS family that I will be stepping away from support coordination. It has been an honor and a privilege to work as a support coordinator, serving my wonderful participants and their families. I enjoyed every moment of it and would have continued in this role if I were not also providing additional services, including support work and nursing care.
I now feel I can give my 100% as a core provider and dedicated nurse to my participants and families. To my fellow support coordinators, please remember to take care of yourselves and be kind to yourselves—the role of support coordination is both challenging and rewarding.
As I now focus fully on being a core NDIS provider and offering nursing support, I look forward to making a positive difference in a sector that currently faces a negative stigma, especially regarding our NDIS providers.
