Getting motivated and moving in the morning can be the hardest part of the day.
Maybe it’s because we have to face ground hog day, hormone hurdles or perimenopause is kicking our butt.
What ever it is, get the body cranking with a simple old fashion list.
1. Write the list
2. Tick off the morning task
3. Enjoy the Dopamine hit per tick.
Dopamine gets us motivated and moving. Let’s marry that list with a protein rich breakfast, theanine, B bits and a quality coffee. (I know, I just said it!)
The coffee must be after eating and not first thing or on an empty stomach. It is also not an open invitation to drinking instant coffee or multiple times a day.
Get ticking, write the post before you head to bed. I’ll start it:
Make the bed
Shower
Hair
Make lunch
Breakfast
Dance to 2 songs.
