School holidays amplify the pull. Am I correct?
Work, parenting, partnering, domestic goddess-ing, being a good friend and even the pets want your attention.
Sure head away for a few days, that’s a double edge sword. The packing and prepping is yet more mental load and then the thought of returning to the high pace life your snuck away from breeds anxiety like your boss just walked past your office on deadline day.
Is there a quick fix to this part of life?
Is there a magic pill to silence the pressure?
Is there a genie in a bottle to take the pressure?
Reality is some cases is no…
Some times we have to push through.
Yes lightening the pressure can be done a. The “you should” voices on your shoulder may be correct.
But for now you just have to get through:
Here’s the jam!
1. Herbs; they have the ability to keep the cortisol on the down low… reduce the mental athletics and bring mental clarity
2. Nutrients; let the jaw tightening, muscle cramping, wide eyed sleep settle and feel less exhausted on waking.
3. Assessment to double check it’s not more than the kids being demanding and the yelling is warranted. Knowing your hormones and pathology is truely optimal to work at the speed of 3 humans in a wonder woman movie.
