What a day… I’m still feeling it in my heart 💗✨

I feel so incredibly proud to be a co-facilitator of our 4th sold-out Divine Love Rising Retreat. To stand beside such powerful women and hold space for 9 beautiful souls… it truly feels like an honour.

There’s something so sacred about witnessing people soften.
About watching walls come down.
About seeing love return to places that had been guarded.

Every tear shared, every laugh, every brave truth spoken into the circle… it mattered. It was healing. Not just individually, but collectively.

Holding this space in nature, feeling the energy move, watching hearts open — this is why I do what I do. This is the work that lights me up from the inside out.

I’m still integrating the magic of that day… and I’m so grateful to walk this path and co-create these experiences.

Yesterday I was part of this special event as part of Sacred Flow Collective comprising of a sound healing Reiki & meditation afternoon in the park it was pure magic ✨ Thank you to everyone who joined our very first outdoor wellness session - your presence, openness, and energy made it so special.

There’s something powerful about coming together in nature to regulate our nervous systems, reconnect with our bodies, and return to stillness. This is exactly the kind of community we’re building: supportive, heart-led, and grounded in real connection.
