I'm also currently the co-host of Trail-Blazer, a leading female leadership program, work closely with Reinvention Consulting, and I’m the psychologist adviser at A Stitch In Time, a well-known W.A. mental health charity organisation which provides mental health & wellbeing training to the community. I also provide media commentary on a variety of mental health topics on TV, radio and in print. I am the Resident Psychologist on Channel Nine News in Perth, and have been a columnist for Australia’s Body + Soul, and Perth Now/The Sunday Times. I'm a regular commentator on a variety of TV news programs inc. The Project, Today Tonight, Flashpoint & Today Extra, as well as a variety of radio shows inc. Mix 94.5, 6PR, 6iX, ABC, Triple J & Talking Lifestyle. An animal lover who requires lots of sunlight & time in nature, I'm my best self when I can go on long daily beach walks with my dog, can indulge in reading, meditate and spend time with my shiny (but rather) loud children.
